Lease #3 and as happy as can be!

This is the third car that my husband and I have leased through Jennings, and each time we have done business with Debbie Ress. She is ALWAYS a pleasure to do business with and makes the process incredibly easy and simple. However, with this lease, I'd have to say that she went above and beyond the call of duty. My beloved Malibu, that was my first car, was finally on its last leg after owning it for the last 13 years. I called Debbie asking if there were currently any deals or specials going on with a small SUV(we are currently leasing a 2015 Trax through Jennings), as my husband and I have a baby and need a car with more space now. Debbie was able to get us a deal on a 2017 Trax, and keep our payments to where we needed them to be. Furthermore, she was able to use my Malibu as part of the payment negotiation, which made me VERY happy because I knew the car wasn't a complete loss. While all of these things were fantastic, I'd have to say that the BEST part of our experience was the fact that we were able to get our deal made without having to step foot into the dealership in advance! Debbie made it possible for me to come into the dealership, on a Saturday with my 9 month old, sign off on paperwork and take possession of my new vehicle, in under 2 hours!! I was thrilled! People always say that going into a dealership on a Saturday is a mistake and that going with a child is an even BIGGER mistake. This was not the case at all! Debbie knew I was coming in with my daughter solo, as my husband had to work. I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about Debbie and all she has done for my husband and I during the last several years in dealing with our leased vehicles. It is a huge sense of comfort for my family knowing that we have a dependable and trustworthy point of contact at Jennings for future car transactions. And as you can see in the photo, my husband and daughter are both pretty happy with our new Trax!
