I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The service included this but also checked out the car. Everything was done within the time promised, while I waited. Everyone was friendly and made sure that I was well taken care of.
The saleperson and general manager Dan was very professional and worked with our credit situation to get us approved for the car we always wanted with affordable payments. Thank you for the great service!!

I'd like to recognize Ken Richardson for his outstanding customer service skills. As a salesman, Mr. Richardson was very well informed about the car and was able to answer all my questions. There was no 'pushy salesman' atmosphere and he didn't play any games that we all hate when it comes to buying cars. We treated each other as partners and closed the deal fast. I just purchased my new "Passerati" and my experience was positive. I highly recommend Mr. Richardson, you will be pleased with his interpersonal skills and the way he treats his customers! Marijana from their finance department went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile on my face. She was very professional and created a great atmosphere.
