We live in San Antonio and were looking for a specific color exterior and interior Altas. We were having no luck here so I looked online and found one. I called about it and it was still available. Jonathan Sosa was the sales person I spoke to and was very friendly. Weather prohibited us from going but went up on Monday. It had the seating I wanted and everything else. We met Jonathan and went through the process and drove home in a new Atlas. I love it. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Volkswagen.

I went to buy a specific car I had researched on CARS.com. Joy was very friendly and honest, she unerstood what I what I needed and how I wanted to make the deal with my own financing. However, she did find a financing deal with 0.75% lower interest rate.

As a retired physicist and former race engines builder I can say with authority that this dealership's service department is by far the best, and when you combine that with their stellar sales team that means their the best Volkswagen dealership in Central Texas. Our experience at Onion Creek Volkswagen was excellent! The sales gentleman actually let us step into the building without meeting us in the parking lot and hounding which is the experience we'd had at other dealerships.
The sales gentleman was patient with the children and spent the needed time to showed us several colors/trims of Atlas SUVs.
When we decided to purchase, the staff was willing to stay after-hours on a Saturday to finish up the needed particulars. This consistency extended to when we took delivery, with the sales gentleman taking the time to explain the various safety and technology features in the cabin, despite it being very late that Saturday night.
Overall, great experience. Wouldn't hesitate to do business again in the future.
I'm a college student with very limited knowledge on cars, so I was devastated when my 2012 Jetta stopped working. I liked that the service team created a video showing what was wrong with the car so I can send it to my dad. Steve, the service person, was very kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. My only complaint is that my tire pressure warning came on recently (about a week after the repairs), so I may have to go back to get that checked.
I had to adjust my service time by a few hours prior to my appointment, no issues. The oil change, tire rotation, new windshield wipers and State inspection was completed quickly. Would of given a five star rating but the state inspection didnt show up on the Tax Office website so I had to take the paperwork into the city office to get my new sticker. Must be a glitch on the dealership computer.
I came into Onion Creek on a Saturday morning, needing to potentially get my locking lug-nuts removed. After talking with the (exceptionally friendly and helpful) Service Writer, he was able to provide me with a better total price, quality of product (new tires), and overall service experience (including getting me "in and out the door") faster than the "nationally-known tire provider" could.
I've found my new favorite VW dealership (and service center!). When it comes time to trade in my CC on a new VW, I know where I'm coming!
The salesman Amin was very helpful and got all the information together and was able to get me into my car. I live in Kilgore and the car was in Austin. I was going to pick it up but they brought it to Longview. Which I appreciate very much. I got up Saturday morning drove to Gorman McCracken signed the paperwork and drove him in my car. Thank you so much for making buying a car so easy.
This car is a story on its own. And finally, my son has the car that he would not stop talking about. Now....I could not have asked for a better sales person than Tom Henry. Not only is he patient, thorough, straight up and honest, he also sees thing almost to the point of being family. In all the years I have been purchasing vehicles from Hewlett VW, NO ONE comes close to a great sales person as Tom Henry. He is an asset to your company and he is honest. I wish car buying was always like the last two processed with Tom. Tom Henry goes above and beyond for his customers - Hands Down!
I really enjoy going to Hewlett. The staff were super friendly, they gave me options for my service and I didn't feel pressured to spend more on services I didn't think I needed. They even topped off fluids and put air in my tires AND a free car wash and vacuum. I was really impressed.
Not to mention, while I was waiting, I had a complimentary coffee and chatted with some of the sales guys who gave me some great advice about the resist-all I had put on a year ago. It felt good chatting with other VW nerds about VW.
I've always only driven VW, I've had some nightmare experiences with other dealerships, but I can say I've never felt misguided or taken advantage of at Hewlett. You guys care about the customer and are passionate about what you do, and it shows in every department. Thank you!
