New and used 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan for sale near Glen Ellen, CA

I didn't purchase my Jetta from this dealership but I almost did and wish I did at the time but I wasn't ready at the time. I appreciated the low price offered. I appreciate only dealing with one salesperson even through the finance process. They were super friendly and not pushy and definitely didn't use the old sleazy dealership sales model of the past that most dealerships stand by. I recommend going to see them for your purchase if you want it to be pleasant.

Jasmine called me to say she had found the perfect truck for me. Although I wasn't ready to buy yet, she asked me to come in and just look. Well, I did and we took off for Hansel Ford to look at the truck. When we got there she was told the keys were gone and another sales person was taking the truck to show it in Petaluma. As we walked out, the salesperson was just leaving in the truck. Jasmine sprinted like a track star down the driveway and stopped him from "getting away". I was able to look at the truck and drive it before it left for Petaluma. Well, Jasmine was right. The truck was absolutely what I was looking for. I ended up telling Jasmine I would trade in my Corvette to buy the truck. Jasmine called me late in the evening to tell me the buyers in Petaluma did not buy the truck. Jasmine WENT to Petaluma that night in her own car and brought the truck back so I could buy it the next day. She's the best!!! Love an aggressive girl who does what she has to do to make a customer feel special and close the deal!! Give Jasmine a raise and a promotion!

One of the best buying experiences i have ever had jim and josh went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule there work ethic and customer service is beyond anything I've ever seen at a car dealership they made my car buying experience like none I've ever or probably will ever have again Audi and VW are lucky to have These two gentlemen working for them great job keep up the good work if you are thinking of buying a new or used car this is the place to buy it at

I only gave 4-Stars due to the fact that I have not moved forward to purchasing a vehicle from VW-Fairfield as of yet. M. Marshall, the sales rep I met & discussed my car options w/ was spot on w/ his Customer Service & was very friendly & outgoing. I will write another review if & when I purchase a car from them.
