Jamison was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the car very well. Did a great job demonstrating the features on a test drive. He was very helpful breaking down the financing and what was/wasn???t included.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.

In the length of time that I was there which was pretty long considering a service call although it was pretty lengthy it was very very efficient they did what they needed to do and got me out of there I would recommend going there although I would like a less shorter wait time
Tynan' s VW service is always good. They are thorough, explain everything they are doing or are going to do, and usually get you in and out for an oil change in an hour. They are very professional and polite.

I've had EVERY service and repair that my 2001 Beetle required performed at Tynan's. The vehicle has 94K miles on it and runs perfectly. Some of my friends have suggested other places, less expensive, to have the work done but I expect excellent service and I know that excellent service is and always has been what I will get from this dealership. The quality of the service I have experienced is without a doubt dependent on the people who work at Tynan's. Tom Tran, service advisor, is my choice when my Beetle requires maintenance or service. Tom's knowledge of the Volkswagen product amazing, he is patient when I don't understand what my car needs, and contacts me when something unexpected arises during the repair or maintenance procedures occurs. Thank you Tom.
I am from Layton, Utah. I saw the car I wanted on the internet and called Gebhardt Volkswagen. I was fortunate enough to be referred to Beverly Fish. She knew I was coming in from out of town, and took care to make sure I knew what I would need to purchase a car out of state. She was very low pressure, yet still very attentive. She took all the time I needed. In addition, she made me aware of dealer financing so I could get a loan through your dealership. This lead us to Tomasso, who was also very informative and helpful. This whole experience was so positive, I would absolutely recommend anybody I know to purchase a car with your dealership. It was definitely worth the drive.
I didn't buy a car from them, I would have if the car was not damaged. I made an app and drove an hour to look at a vehicle that was listed as accident free. When I arrived there was obvious damage to the car. Not sure if it happen on the lot, it didn't look like there was damage in the pictures.. but it was frustrating to have spend that time driving to look at a damaged car. Sales men was nice and understanding though.
This was our second car we bought from Longmont Ford dealership and it too was a very good experience. No pressure and lots of patience! Nick was fabulous and showed us whatever we asked to see and never tried to push us into anything. He walked away when we needed to discuss and was right there when we had more questions. He listened to what we were wanting and we walked away with a fabulous car at a fabulous price.
