I was talking to another dealer about buying a 2018 GTI, but they gave me the run around constantly (oh it doesn't include our add-ons, oh it includes every incentive, etc.). I walked into Hendrick and made it known I wanted a new GTI. After an initial lowball on my trade-in they easily matched it and lowered the price on theirs below the other dealer. They made the buying process simple and easy. Plus they (the dealer) covers the first 10K service which VW no longer does . Another plus. Finance was pushy to sell their stuff, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I'd give them a 4.5/5.
I went into the dealership just to see if I wanted to get a new truck. About an hour later I was driving away in my new GMC Sierra. That was the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ozzie the GM was awesome and you could tell he appreciated me for coming in. Seth was my salesman and he was just as awesome. I have bought many (too many) vehicles in my day and Freeman was by far the best. Bill in finance was great also. No pressure to buy this, add on that, or anything. Just great folks selling great trucks. I HIGHLY recommend Freeman GMC in Grapevine!
Mr. Fife was very friendly and helpful when I brought my car in for a check-up. He was no-nonsense and speedy in his assessment. He didn't sugarcoat anything and told me exactly what was wrong, outlining the priority problems and what could probably wait. He made sure to let me know how I could save money and made what could've been a stressful service experience very pleasant and easy.

Our sales person was Hector and the experience of purchasing a car through Volkswagen Honda is one of the best experiences that I???ve ever had and I would most definitely buy another car there again Hector was great
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I usually hate buying cars and having to be at the dealership for hours. But I had a great buying experience with Ademir and his manager Jeremy. They were very professional to work with during the entire process
C3 Auto was recommended to us by a friend, so when the car we were looking for- for our son- showed up on Cars.com and it was at C3 Auto we called right away.
My husband and I visited separately and Danny was extremely helpful to both of us. He was honest, transparent and very easy to work with. He even helped us surprise our son, when we decided that this was the car for our family! It is a moment our son will never forget. We are so happy that Danny and C3 Auto were a part of the experience. We have already and will continue to recommend them to friends.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

Jannett at Rusty Wallace VW is truly a great salesperson. She helped us for 6 months to find the perfect car. We live 90 miles from their dealership. Jannett was always accessible and willing to give honest advice. We ended up finding a car closer to us, but Jannett was supportive throughput the whole process and was genuinely happen that we found what is best for us! We will definitely come back to Jannett! She is honest, hard working, accessible and very knowledgeable!
I recently purchased my third VW and my first from Lewisville Volkswagen. Bryan Koestner was, without a doubt, the best person to deal with! He went above and beyond to make sure that I, as the customer, was satisfied and my car buying needs were met. I will not be dealing with anyone else in the future! He's my go-to car guy! I was so impressed that I referred my father-in-law and he loved Bryan too! We cannot be happier!
Mr. Shaervin and Mr. Musthaba was nice and kind to help is with all questions and finance aid. They did what they could. However the documentation was not much centralized as the file move officers started calling for the missing documents one the go which is not likable. Otherwise we had good experience.
I bought my 2000 Tundra new in August 1999. Keep it in tip top shape always. Had emergency 11-15-2018/Monday after starting Tundra. Running rough & engine check light came on. I had to take my Wife to an appointment at UT Southwestern Hospital in Dallas, Tx for followup on a recent surgery. I called Justin Ryan, Service Mgr at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney, Tx. Justin gave me a loaner vehicle at no cost while my Tundra was being repaired by my always go to Senior Certified Master Tech, Jeff Colefield. The #2 Cylinder Coil (8 Cylinder Engine) had malfunctioned and needed replacing. These 2 people who I always depend on when any of my vehicles need repairing, came to my rescue in this emergency situation. I ordered a new Mercedes Benz, 4 month wait on delivery. Sold my car much faster than expected. Needed something to drive for 3months. Had a previous great experience in pre owned purchase for my son. Spoke with Landon Beck about something that had good resale so when my new car came in I wouldnt get killed on resale. (3 moths of rental was $$$$) Next came the sales pitch of the century. Said he spoke with Mr. Beck (apparently Bobby Beck is his father) and was told that if I purchased a new Touareg and didnt LOVE it more than the car I ordered He would buy it back for the same price. Call me stupid..I went for it. Well when my little coupe came in, Believe it or not I thought about staying with the V.W. I loved it! But in the end the sports car won out....The most amazing part...Mr Beck honored his word. No argument, I had nothing in writing. He simply bought the Touareg back!! Thank you Mr. Beck and Mr Beck jr. :)
I came in looking for a specific vehicle and initially had pre-approved financing through my Credit Union. David Davidson took the time to answer all of my questions and even had the keys waiting for my test drive. After making my final selection it became clear that my Credit Union was more difficult to deal with than anticipated. David stayed in constant communication with me for over a week as I jumped through hoops for my bank. At this point I was completely discouraged and ready to quit. David advised me to speak with Clint in financing to see what financing options they could provide, if any at all.
To my surprise David and Clint went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I left with the Vehicle I wanted and they were able to keep my payments where they were with my last vehicle. I can’t be more satisfied with their genuine patience and desire to help. Even as frustrating as buying a car be, David showed nothing but patience and assured me they would do everything they could to help. I recommend Hendrick VW of Frisco even if you’re like me and believe your odds are slim when shopping for a car.
The best dealership with the most amazing employees. Jay was the biggest help in getting me into a car that was right for me. He made sure I understood everything and explained all that I needed to know. Definitely recommend.
