I came in to test drive a Passat in July 2016. In making contact with Kevin Dixon, I let him know what my concerns in purchasing a VW were. Kevin listened to my concerns and addressed them; and he listened to what I wanted in a car and acted.
Last weekend, Kevin located and delivered precisely the car that I sought and was able to bring it in at my budget. He and his colleagues at Uptown VW did this all professionally, with multiple options that would have met my requirements, and without pressure.
I know many people will dismiss this review given how recently I made the purchase. But I can say without hesitation there has been no buyer's remorse on my part. The car we got suited our needs, the financing we got suited our budget, and the process we got from Kevin suited what we want in a buying experience.
For as long as we are in or around Albuquerque, Uptown VW has a loyal customer in us. We are truly satisfied with the product and service we got from Uptown VW.

In the length of time that I was there which was pretty long considering a service call although it was pretty lengthy it was very very efficient they did what they needed to do and got me out of there I would recommend going there although I would like a less shorter wait time
Travis, our salesman, is a great guy, and an honest asset to Luther Burnsville. He went above and beyond for us on our used vehicle purchase. His description of the vehicle, which was a realistically priced, was spot on, and actually why we bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was a true pleasure to meet everyone we dealt with. I was happy while there, I was still happy when we left.
Was in this dealership to have my leased car in for its 30K mile service. Patrick greeted me and was top notch with his customer service through my appointment. I highly enjoyed my experience. Thank you!

Stopped in here on the way home to TN. We had been looking at the Atlas but weren???t really ready to buy. Zack greeted us and we were immediately impressed with him and with the loans feel of the dealership. It???s s very well appointed and maintained place. Long story short, thanks to Zack, we drove our new Atlas home to TN that evening. The staff stayed overtime to clean up the car and make the deal. This is s great place and I recommend you stop in and see Zack. He???s top-notch.
This was the best car buying experience I???ve had. The salesman, London, listened to me and negotiated a fair deal for me. I felt he was my advocate when dealing with the financial staff. He also explained not only the car???s features but also the limitations to those features. Information that could possibly save my life. I appreciate the respectful, honest approach at VW of Asheville. They have a solid product and let the vehicles sell themselves without the pressure.
Great service, nice staff who greeted is at the door. Staff was familiar with inventory and features of vehicles, and easily able to get vehicles from nearby dealers. Good financing staff who were very friendly and gave NO PRESSURE. Legitimately interested in our satisfaction and got us the best deal possible.
The service at St James Volkswagen was excellent from beginning to end the gentleman who helped me was very professional and courteous. The accommodations in the waiting room was super nice and it was very comfortable waiting for my car to be serviced the car was serviced in a timely fashion and before I knew it I was on my way everybody who worked in the office was friendly and welcoming
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
Jon is the best salesman I have ever worked with when buying a vehicle. I have had good experiences at Tony in the past with both a Passat TDI wagon and a Jetta TDI wagon. Fair, honest, no pressure, no back and forth. It was almost unbelievable. Jon explained the CPO warranty, road service, and features of the car in a clear and direct manner. I would definitely recommend Jon and will ask for him by name every time I come to Tony. Thank you Jon! You are truly a cut above.
