Was making a private sale of our 2015.5 XC60. They allowed me to book a full inspection with very little notice, and did a professional job on the work. They even provided their observations on the prospective buyer.
Greg Powell is amazing! Best salesman I've ever worked with in my many car purchases! He's friendly, personable, and most importantly not pushy!!! They're in Arlington which is a bit of a drive from Cleburne, but I wasn't happy with the treatment I received the one time I visited the Mazda dealership in Fort Worth, and with the deal they were offering on a certified pre-owned Mazda 6 it was worth it to go check them out. And I'm very glad that I did!!!
I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. Simple oil change, but so much courtesy and overall care for the vehicle is appreciated. Car was inspected and washed; waiting in customer area is comfortable and the time passed quickly. Keri is a terrific service rep. Also have worked with Ann in the past—also great.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The service included this but also checked out the car. Everything was done within the time promised, while I waited. Everyone was friendly and made sure that I was well taken care of.
Stopped in here on the way home to TN. We had been looking at the Atlas but weren???t really ready to buy. Zack greeted us and we were immediately impressed with him and with the loans feel of the dealership. It???s s very well appointed and maintained place. Long story short, thanks to Zack, we drove our new Atlas home to TN that evening. The staff stayed overtime to clean up the car and make the deal. This is s great place and I recommend you stop in and see Zack. He???s top-notch.

The staff made the experience about as painless as an expensive auto repair process can be.
A new e-brake install was at first adjusted too tight which caused a smoking caliper within a few miles of leaving the shop. Although the shop had just closed for the night they had me turn right around and made it right within about a half hour or so. I would expect no less really, but it was good that they were there, made it right, with a smile, and sent me on my way.
You also pay through the nose. But I guess that's to be expected from a German car dealer in Bernardsville NJ. Oh well.
