From the first phone call with Chadd, who made me such a professional video of the car that I didn’t even realize he made it personally for me to see the vehicle that I inquired about. Now that’s personal service. Then Melissa, the sales agent worked diligently with me to help me secure the vehicle of my choice, and she kept checking on me throughout our 48 hour experience. Last but not least there is Mike the finance guy, who treated me like family. He worked so diligently with the Banks because I had a unique situation, but he did not give up on me, like what I had gone through with the last four dealerships. He walked me through it and made sure I understood everything that he was doing as well as everything that I needed to sign. you guys are amazing! I’ll be back. I promise you. Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.

I bought a CC for the unique styling and classy look. Being one of the last VW models to still be made in Germany, the difference is very noticeable. People compare this to a Passat but there is really no comparison. Fit and finish and quality is almost to Audi quality. Highly recommend!

My service guy Luke was great. I recently moved and this Jennie the closest Subaru dealer that I can get my car too. He’s helpful and friendly and ensured I got what I needed. The overall dealership is really nice, too. Happy to have this as my next spot for my car.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

When I needed to get to the bank before it closed, they rushed things along, so I could make it on time. Just bought the car, and I absolutely LOVE IT! I purchased my Cross Sport at the Beaumont, Texas location, and had the fastest and easiest process. I've always absolutely loved this car for ALL of its awesomeness, but I decided to write this review today because my Tiguan saved my life. I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. Thank you to all the people who've made this car.

My experience at Lot#1 Robinson location of #1 Cochran was simple and quick. I walked the oot for about 5 minutes before I was approached by a Salesperson. This afforded me an opportunity to examine the 2 vehicles that I was interested in without any pressure or interference! The Salesperson was complimentary and almost apologetic about the condition of the cars, which explained the great price posted online. The issues were mostly cosmetic ( peeling clear coat) and foreign sealant surrounding the rear tire wells and panels. Pictures provided online were okay but perhaps a more realistic depiction of problem areas would have been useful.

This was the 1st car that I bought brand new a 2012 jeddah station wagon I like this car a lot have a 150000 miles on it only one issue and that was resolved quickly I keep it maintained I take care of oil changes when needed And it has been a very good car

They have a platform to view the details of the service in a video with the technician explaining the findings and recommendations! This is definitively a great experience for me and they do a great job making my vehicle reliable!

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.
