I was heartened after reading the positive reviews for this dealership; so many have horrid reviews, and I thank the consumers that took the time to write critical as well as positive reviews. Every consumer despises the smarmy, pushy, only after the buck salesman. You know the type! I made the call to look at a used car and, lucky for me, Byram answered the phone. He was enthusiastic, told me he would have the car ready, and sounded friendly and professional. Though I was suspect, after so many awful experiences with salesman, Byram was knowledgeable, sincere, thoughtful, and and added bonus, had a great sense of humor. Byram answered all my texts with alacrity and honesty. He worked with me through the entire process. It is singularly, because of Byram, that the purchase of my new (used) car was a time for joy, not for a time in feeling that I was getting suckered. LOVE Langan VW because of their salespeople !!! Over the past 15 or so years, I've bought 4 trucks from AA (a Chevy K1500, 3 Silverados) and I will do so again when I need another vehicle. My K1500 was a little small but ran great and served its purpose; upgraded to a '04 'Rado which was taken out in an accident by a texter; replacement crew cab too big for my needs but Chris and Dave found me another extend cab. I asked and they more than delivered! The guys are awesome to deal with and provide quality maintenance to all my vehicles, free oil changes and tire rotations. They even service my vehicles not purchased at Action Automotive. I can't say enough good things about these guys! I also enjoy visiting with Echo, the shop dog.
