I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
Once again the entire team at Faulkner Volvo excelled at every level from start to finish. From my arrival checking in the vehicle and receiving a loaner car free of charge to picking my car up which was washed and vacuumed as usual and receiving a discount on my brakes and also a free state inspection. Quality work performed at a fair and competitive price. FIVE STARS
I did not purchase my car from them, but they have done work on it in the past few years. They still offered me a loaner car and a 10% discount on the repairs. Truely the meaning of customer service! And this is the reason why I drive past 2 other dealers to get to Faulkner. I live a mile away from Cherry Hill Volvo and refuse to go back there after my previous experiences. Everyone at this dealership has been excellent to work with since back in the Burdomy days.
I was shopping for a used vehicle for myself. My credit was challenged and I knew it wouldn’t be easy to find something dependable ,more importantly, safe. Laurie was SO much help. She never gave up on me. Regardless how hard it was to finance me. She genuinely cares for her customers and is the definition of dedication. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.
Experience was very pleasant from the time I first walked in to Stillman, to discussing choices with Dave, to placing an order for a 2019, to delivery a few months later. Dave is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
We just purchased our 5th Volvo vehicle from the dealership with Dave Parry. My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
I did an 100 mile search for a specific vehicle I was looking to purchase. I found the newest model, with low miles and cheapest price at CarSense. I called and made an appointment with Mike Hallman. Mike was great to deal with and was very helpful with providing information. My experience consisted of the following:
- The car was practically brand new with very low mileage.
- The price was the best within a 100 mile radius.
- I was genuinely surprised by the amount they gave me for my trade-in. I'm use to getting low-balled on trade-in's not MORE that I expected!
- Test drove the car and committed to the purchase. Mike searched several financial institutions and got me a great rate.
- In and out of the dealership in record time.
Just a great experience all around. I feel that I got a great deal. No haggling on the price or trade-in removes the stress from the process. I guess it helps when the price and trade-in are generous and fair. I would recommend CarSense to anyone looking for a new vehicle. By the crowd of people at the dealership, I think many people would agree with me!
This was the best car buying experience of my life such great customer service ..I was blown away by how fast the process went by we were out in time for lunch ...I will be definitely buying all my Car from CarSense in the future... the people there are just wonderful..

Great service from sales to service department since 2001. Service department was great in keeping my 2001 S40 working great. My new S60 Inscription Platinum is pleasure to drive even as I'm still learning all the new technology added since 2001. Everyone at this dealership has been great to me.
From all the reviews, people seem to have great buying experience from this dealership. Yet my experience of their service department is not so rosy. Last August I took my Volvo s40 to the dealership for oil change. The people there was friendly enough. But after I came home, I found the car's dashboard service reminder message was not reset. So either they didn't do oil change, or they forgot to reset the service reminder message. Yet I gave them another chance. This time is my Volvo XC 60. After a couple of hours the guy came to tell me everything is done and my car is ready. I got into my car and turn on the engine. The dashboard message told me the engine hood is open. So I open the latch and re-close the engine hood. But the engine hood open message still shows up. I tried a couple more times to no avail, and in the process I also found the window washer fluid was not filled to the full level. I talked to the service person and he filled the washer fluid to full but told me that the engine hood open message (which is a red message that means it's very important) is due to technician opening the hood and close it. But he didn't offer to fix it. At this point I have no confidence what they did or didn't do for the car. Clearly they didn't do a number of things that they should have done, and they either didn't notice the engine hood open message when they clear me to go, or they didn't bother to make sure the job is done well and the customer's car is in good shape. They could make some extra money right there fixing the problem. Later on I bought a can of WD-40 to spray the engine hood latches and solve the problem. Two times are enough and they have proven themselves not to be trusted to service cars. So how to improve? Pay attention of what they are doing, establish QA standard, practically anything will improve their job performance.
