I'm very wary of dealerships, but Jonathan in the Service Dept. treated me with honesty and fairness. Both he and Melanie, the Manager, went out of their way to ensure that I was informed about the work being done, which included showing me the damaged part that needed replacement. The work was completely quickly and the price was fair. Thank you Jonathan and Melanie.
Went there for a 50,000-mile checkup, (and was given a loaner) and they discovered a cracked boot on an axle of my C30. Part was not in, so they scheduled me for another visit (and another loaner) and did the repairs free of charge. Very friendly, and the renovated service dept. is really nice!
I was able to re-schedule without difficulty after an unexpected event caused me to cancel my first appointment. When I arrived, they were expecting me and there was no wait. During the service visit there was ample place for me to work. When they were done, the service person came out to me to deliver the paperwork and explain what they had done. Great service visit all around!!
My husband and I went in to Middletown Nissan to see a 2017 Infiniti QX70 that was on Cars.com. I was apprehensive because my car that I owned was still fairly new and in excellent condition but have always loved the QX70 so went to see. Needless to say, we left with the car.
The process was very relaxed. Our Sales Representative, Kaylen Torres was very helpful and did not push at all knowing I was struggling with the decision to trade in my car. During the buying process, we were asked what they could do for us to finalize the decision of buying the new car. Honestly, that was the first time I have experienced that at a car dealership.

Picked up a new S-60 this week. The salesman Lance Jewel was exceptional. He was not only knowledgeable about the car and what it had to offer, but demonstrated a dedication to making sure that I knew what to expect from the car. A true pleasure to deal with him.
