I was surprisingly impressed when I test drove the new Volvo S60 R Design sedan. I loved the styling on this compared to the Audi A4, Infiniti Q50 which I also test drove. I liked the Audi A4 and gave it the edge on ride and handling but for the $50 less a month on my lease price and found more leg room and more comfortable seats plus a more powerful engine on the Volvo it was the clear winner to me.
So far I have had the car for several weeks with 600 miles on it. I am liking it more and more each time I drive it. After leasing two BMW 3 series sedans for the past six years it's kind of nice to drive something different that stands out from the crowd.

I went here hoping to get my 1st Volvo but with a very limited budget. Nils Falk the salesman and Jim Miller in finance tried every which way to get us into a pre-owned XC90. My budget and credit just couldn't handle it. So they went through their inventory and found something that was. These guys invested several hours in 3 sessions over 2 days for a low dollar sale. They were extremely patient and caring about our situation with a " let's find a way to get this done" attitude, loaning my wife a car when I had to go to work for a few hours, halting the process, so she wouldn't be stranded there waiting. Everyone there was friendly and up-beat and got us back on the road. Kudos for great professionalism and effective service. I didn't get my Volvo this time around, but when I'm ready for it I'll be back at Volvo of Princeton. They deserve my praise and my business! Jim Miller was such a gas!
Now i am not normally one to write a review, but the service at Volvo cars of Queens was just so absolutely pronominal i had too! My 2003 XC90, which i have owned since new has been like a literal family member to me and my kids and even our dog! When the check engine light came on and the car began to run incredibly poor and the transmission felt like it was slipping me and my wife thought this might be the end of probably one of our dearest family members. We had the car towed into the service center where the valets were quick to greet me and get me written up. After i was introduced to our service adviser, Tammi, who assured us our vehicle was in good hands. About a week later, i found myself in the area and decided to check in and see what the scoop was on our car, To my surprise, Tammi and the tech working on out car, Joe were both at the counter discussing my car. Turns out they were about to call me and i had walked in at just the right time. This is the part i love more then anything, i was able to speak directly to the tech, who came off as very well informed and articulate in how he spoke about our car and Volvo's as a whole. Now the tech, Joe, was quick to explain our issue to be a failed TCM computer for the transmission. He told us that it was common with our cars to see them fail due to heat a moisture getting inside and that the new one he would be installing would be and updated part to prevent this from ever happening again in the future! I was ecstatic! not just because what i thought was a bad issue was just a 600 dollar fix, but that i felt comfortable with the way it was explained. I got my car back 100 percent working like a new machine. Im glad i had the pleasure to deal with both Joe and Tami. i also ave an oil change coming up on the horizon and i cant wait to be back! Thank you again guys!!! you guys rock!
Agile and responsive handling, relative quiet ride, 74 Db on Parkway. Excellent driver assist and warnings. Nicely styled with R-Design package, T6 with supercharger and turbocharger, all wheel drive with great sound system. Still in the Honeymoon stage. Can get excellent gas mileage, if you want that kind of thing, hehehehe.

The entire Volvo experience was simply marvelous 😊 Ashlan was so wonderful ? choosing the vehicle just for me, and calling me by phone immediately. He sent the pictures of my tailor made auto to me, via text. I loved it and it was the same color of my jaguar of 22 years 😊. Ashlan then drove the new car 🚗 to my home for me to see, along with my twin sister ? and nephew. We all agreed the the S60'was perfect for me 😊
Went there for a 50,000-mile checkup, (and was given a loaner) and they discovered a cracked boot on an axle of my C30. Part was not in, so they scheduled me for another visit (and another loaner) and did the repairs free of charge. Very friendly, and the renovated service dept. is really nice!

Our salesman, Anders, was extremely knowledgeable on the XC90 and the brand as a whole. He offered to grab us coffee and tea, which we eventually got to take with us on our test drive. Derek, Anders and Alexis all had their hand in making this our best buying experience ever.
I have owned Volvos all my life ...love their safety dependability and quality . I presently own an older model XC70 which from time to time needs predictable service . The level of professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding at the Hyannis location. The customer service is equally matched especially Tiffany who has been so helpful and accommodating to all my needs and questions ! Kudos for such a great agent !
I am now a first time Volvo owner (2018 xc90) and couldn’t be happier. My experience with volvo cars of Plymouth was pleasant and stress free. Wes was and continues to be available, attentive, and knowledgeable. The dealership environment is state of the art (no need to touch the bathroom doors) with plenty of freshments to offer. I would highly recommend you visit Wes and the team when looking for a new car.

Bar none-the best car buying experience I???ve ever had. I???ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my ???shields up??? when entering a dealership. Those shields lasted about 10 seconds. I was greeted with genuine smiles and handshakes and Jeremy had prepared his best team in anticipation of my arrival: Andrew & Drew. Rapport was established immediately, never forced. Jeremy was organized, efficient, and completely transparent; asking for my input on every detail to my specifications: price range, desired monthly payments, warranties, etc. Within minutes, he pulled up the make and models I was looking for, trade in value for my current vehicle, and my credit report. Andrew Caron took me to the lot where he answered any and all questions I had about several cars of interest. I felt like a kid in a toy store; encouraged to take as much time as I needed to look at, ask about, and drive anything I wanted. Andrew established his credibility right away. A credit to customer service and person to person customer relations, I felt like I was chatting with an old buddy who, as an added bonus, was also a virtual Rolodex of car/industry related information. Andrew was funny, helpful, endearing and- above all- patient. Never once did I feel the slightest pressure or push to make a decision or move towards something that just wasn???t right for me. I test drove two vehicles and that???s all it took. Before I knew it, I was back in Jeremy???s office where he had gotten me monthly payments, exceptionally lower than I???d expected, as well as a low-interest rate. I even asked if he could go lower and, you know what? He made it work. From sit down to drive off, I was there for about 2&1/2 ??? 3 hours; couldn???t believe how quickly everything was handled. Drew Luis handled my paperwork and walked me through every step with ease. Overall, I could not be happier. I will continue to do my business with Courtesy Volvo and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Remember the names: Jeremy Sarnataro, Andrew Caron, Drew Luis. I have never had a more pleasant and, dare I say, fun experience buying a car as I did with these gentlemen at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale.
Outside of las vegas on my way to Colorado my C30 lost power and got an error message of reduced engine performance. Car would not drive over 45 mph. So limped onto vegas and went to Findlays at 10:00 am. Obviously i didnt have an appointment, just an emergency since I had to meet family in colorado. Mechanics were busy but Jarrett Wallace great customer service guy in repairs did some initial diagnosis and talked to them about my situation. Next thing I know car is in the garage -- . I thought maybe I had blown the turbocompressor - car has 166000 miles on it, but turned out just a couple air hoses had come off. I was back on the road by 12:15. Thank you Jarrett and service technicians for all your great help.

I absolutely have a blast driving it!!!
I appreciate its safety features. It's very comfortable. It has current technology. It is very responsive. It is a super sharp car.
