That was a walk-in as my check engine light was on for two days. While they were fixing the issue with my engine light, they also took chance to fix the issue of noise and vibration when braking. During the process, the service rep Dave Zelen came to talk to me many times to update me on the status. He also gave me an estimated time of fixing the squeaky noise on both my driver and passenger seat and how to book a loaner car beforehead. Very happy for the services they performed. Dave also emailed me days after to follow up to make sure everything went well.
Our salesman, Angelo Labbruzzo, was excellent - so nice and extremely helpful in helping me understand all the options available in the XC90. The choices were a bit confusing, and he helped me a great deal in making the right decision. He also helped save me some money, which was terrific and certainly helped seal the deal! John Daley in the finance office was also very helpful and patient and helped me understand the many options available for service contracts and warranty extensions. Extremely professional all the way around.
New car, new model. The car seems lovely and luxurious and drives well. However, it is very complicated and almost totally computer managed. Within 24 hours, the back-up camera and Blind Spot system stoped functioning. However the next day, they seemed to work. A computer or connection mystery.
