I did not end up purchasing the vehicle due to the carfax report though would ceratinly consider retuning to the dealer due to the pleasurable experience
Exceptional support from the sales staff (Sandy Stein) and the GM (Barry Goodman). Fully explained every aspect of the cost, car features, lease details, etc. This is our 7th car from 128 Volvo and the team there is the primary reason we return. There are many other vehicles we could choose, but we choose 128 Volvo due to the service and family atmosphere from Barry and Sandy.
Just purchased an XC60 from Jaffarian Volvo and couldn???t be happier with the sales experience. Lovering got so many great reviews that we stopped there first on our quest for a new Volvo. What a great decision that was for our family. Although the dealership was fairly busy (it was late afternoon), we were greeted warmly by James Malone, took a car for a test drive (alone - felt good to be able to converse freely with my spouse without having a rep in the car with you), and ultimately purchased the best car ever! James even entertained the kids free of charge while we finished up the paperwork with the nicest Finance person I've ever dealt with.
Upon picking up a clean, shiny new car at the time we chose, Tom Coutu was professional, knew the vehicle well, helped with the complete setup of the car (including all the amazing techie features), and we were able to drive it home with all my preferences set and ready to go.

I had a smooth and simple experience purchasing a car for my son with Steve from the online cars department. We never felt pressured or rushed. No one hovered over us which we experienced at a number of other larger dealerships.
I brought my car in to have a bulb replaced. The bulb was replaced at no charge on the spot, but the service advisor noticed that the socket had some charring on it and that it should be replaced too. It was late on a Friday afternoon and that work needed to be scheduled for another day. Due to my schedule, I could not bring the car back until Tuesday. The service advisor took it upon himself to type and then give me a printout with my appointment scheduled to show the police if the bulb were to blow out again and I were to be pulled over by the police before my Tuesday appointment. The service advisor was very proactive and I appreciate that.
