Chuck Cantor is great to work with! They did a nice job on our seats. I noticed the seatbelt was twisted on my way out of the parking lot. Chuck apologized, got the car right back into service and had us on the road in about 10 minutes with the problem fixed. I just wish they were closer. I was a little scatterbrained that day and Chuck was very gracious.
Like for many people, visiting a car dealership to shop for a vehicle can be intimidating. But the folks at Bill Gray are thankfully different. From my first visit to my fifth, my experience was outstanding. From the front desk, to the sale associate, to the finance person , everyone was affable and pleasant. In addition, they do not exerted any sales pressure on us. The price negotiation was downright simple. My thanks to Erin and Joe. My family and I would highly recommend this place.

My warning came on and I called the service department questions ning the meaning and need for repair. I was able to bring my car in then and waited about 45 mins while the battery was changed. The coffee in the waiting room was delicious! Of course the repair was done efficiently and properly.
Very soon after I sent an inquiry on Cars.com Jason sent a personalized video of the car. We were able to meet with Jason a couple of days later and purchased the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jason Alt.

I had a great experience with Erhard BMW. They were quick to contact me after my first inquiry. They provided me with all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision. They were able to accommodate an out-of-state purchase with ease. When I flew into Detroit they had a professional young man pick me up from the airport and drive me to the brand new and immaculate dealership. My experience with all of the sales staff and financing staff were courteous, professional and personal. Everything was setup and ready so that I could get on the road as quickly as possible for my trip back home. The vehicle was exactly as I expected it to be from the description and photos provided. It was one of if not the best purchasing experience(s).

Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. I bought a pre-owned one year old XC60 from Brian Mchayle. I stopped in to look at a vehicle that I saw online but Brian suggested the one that I purchased and I am so happy that he did. I was an extremely difficult and indecisive customer but Brian was patient with me the whole time. He never acted like a "salesman" at all but he was persistent (which was what I needed). I ended up picking the vehicle up at the very end of the day and Brian and his team never made me feel bad about them having to stay late for me. I've purchased a lot of luxury vehicles at a lot of dealerships over the years and I have to say that Brian and his team at Steingold are top notch all the way. The car was spotless when I picked it up as well. Very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend that you stop in an see Brian if you are in the market for a Volvo.

Purchasing was easy and not high pressure. Kim Knorr was great to worth with. I was able to leave and think about it overnight without the pressure. I???m very detailed and this allowed me to work it through in my head. The location is beautiful and my car is fantastic as well with a great warranty because it was certified Pre-Owned. Pleasantly surprised with Volvo as a brand honestly.
I was looking into getting a Volvo XC 40 for a little bit and my dad and I went to the dealership to see it in person. Richard was our sales guy and he did a fantastic job at letting me test drive the vehicle and explaining all it had to offer. I will say that I did want black interior but it was unavailable and i got beige but they were super informative as to helping me decide because i could have custom made it. The purchasing process was very quick and although the car does have so much information within the technology that it does take a little bit to remember everything, Richard explained it very well and was super helpful when i had questions with the follow up call. This is a very good dealership and i appreciate all they have to offer.
