I just finalized the purchase of a used 2016 BMW 535i and the transaction when very smoothly. Mariette was wonderful to work with and very easy going. My father and I stopped in to test drive the car and afterwards she offered to have me take the car for the rest of the afternoon to get a better feel for it as well as for a separate pre-purchase inspection. They were very fair during negotiations. She went the extra mile by removing a coffee stain on the seatbelt I had noticed, with a household cleaner she brought from home. I really liked how she made the transaction painless and not stressful at all. I would highly recommend working with her!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
Only reason I gave 4 stars on facilities was because here very small and don’t have much room for parking. I want to do overall 4.5+, but that’s not an option. Only reason for half point is because I asked for two things and had to pay for one myself and the one they did pay for was late. Overall, genuinely good people and family oriented. I recommend Mia.
Michael Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. He sold me my dream corvette and made the purchase easy and hassle free. The owner is a great guy as well. He was up there on Saturday pressure washing the building by himself. Was impressive seeing the owner out sweating while his employees were in the air conditioning. Tells me a lot about his work ethics and what he expects from his employees. He even took the time to tell me about my Vette in detail. Seemed like a great guy. They were all great.

I went to Crest after a very bad experience at another car lot. Douglas Aaron was who I was told to ask for and he was God sent. Very funny, patient, knowledgeable and really good at what he does. He made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, showed me 6 vehicles and double checked all of the discounts and everything. I feel in love with a 2016 Volvo S60 T5 Inscription....low mileage and such an amazing deal!!! He could tell it was the one. Sam even worked with finance to get me in the car that day. And it was a different feeling...not pressure, just a genuine want to get me in the car I fell in love with. Well, as if it wasn???t amazing enough, I left it there and returned in 2 days. The insurance quotes were so expensive, I left and returned on Monday. They gave me insurance contacts and that was even nice. Numbers still not we???re i needed them to be and in walks Chad. He introduced himself and made me feel like family. He and the staff got me in the car that day!!!!! Even though it was later in the afternoon, Jorge and Micheal took their time explaining everything to me in detail about the finance and warranty part. Douglas showed me how to work all of the bells and whistles on the vehicle. He actually called me today to see how I was enjoying my new car!!!! Over the top professional service at its finest. I???ve been telling everyone about my awesome experience! Everything happens for a reason sometimes, the world gets away from genuine hospitality. I am so grateful for everyone there. I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.
