I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Top notch, hi end dealership. My salesman Kenneth answered all questions and really made me and my wife feel at home. He took the time to answer all questions and let us test drive as many cars as we wanted with no hesitations. I really believed he wanted is to leave very satisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Only reason I gave 4 stars on facilities was because here very small and don’t have much room for parking. I want to do overall 4.5+, but that’s not an option. Only reason for half point is because I asked for two things and had to pay for one myself and the one they did pay for was late. Overall, genuinely good people and family oriented. I recommend Mia.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
I just finalized the purchase of a used 2016 BMW 535i and the transaction when very smoothly. Mariette was wonderful to work with and very easy going. My father and I stopped in to test drive the car and afterwards she offered to have me take the car for the rest of the afternoon to get a better feel for it as well as for a separate pre-purchase inspection. They were very fair during negotiations. She went the extra mile by removing a coffee stain on the seatbelt I had noticed, with a household cleaner she brought from home. I really liked how she made the transaction painless and not stressful at all. I would highly recommend working with her!
Excellent experience! Salesperson, Mariette was knowledgable, attentive to details, and professional. The vehicle I was interested in had already been sold, however they has a similar car which was perfect and had more options than I had asked for - I???m thrilled with my selection!

I had done some research on the Volvo CPO website looking for a low mileage example of an S60 for my mother. Park Place had such a car with one of her preferred paint color and interior combinations. We first looked at the car and spoke to Brian on Thursday, Oct 25 which was a rainy day. I told Brian I would be back the next day to test drive it and that is what we did. We visited the separate service facility, where Brian introduced me to a manager who answered my questions about what service had been done to the car. ( I received the complete report with the car). After the test drive Brian asked me what I thought and I made an offer for what my research indicated was a fair market value. Through out the entire process sales Brian was a complete professional and I am very satisfied with both the car and the dealership. You don't have to put up with bozos to buy a car, and you are not going to pay more at Park Place than elsewhere. Be happy, I am!

We were not able to come to an agreement, my trade wasn’t worth what I had hoped, but the experience was amazing. I am selling my car myself and will be back to buy the vehicle I had found at the dealership.
I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.
