My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Keeps getting odd electrical faults

My Volvo S90 has many odd electrical faults, heads up display, when getting close to a vehicle in front with cruise control on some times the white car in heads up display disappears and also it as cancelled. The problems started with my car doors unlocking, the windows opening, and the boot lid open. Some times when I use my indicators to turn left the car slows. The radio cuts off. and many more faults. This car is still under warranty . And help would be great full

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I added a S90 to my luxury taxi fleet, the base T5 Momentum is plenty to accelerate into the highway and I average 28mpg, my customers seem to enjoy the quiet ride and plenty of leg room, if music is preferred mine has the B&W upgrade stereo that is super fantastic. The car is almost crash proof with all the tech. I am enjoying it and looking forward to adding a 2018 when they reach the used price point that works for my situation.

Everyone here are consummate professionals, from Miguel's energy and drive, Anthony the manager's on point price guarantee and outreach, Marva's financial expertise & Corey's meticulous walk through of all the purchased car's various features - we simply couldn't have asked for more. This is how a car buying experience should be. Period. (And we would know as this purchase was our 13th vehicle, and our 7th Volvo purchase in the past 32 years. :-) This is the kind of dealership you want to return to and we may just do that with our kids as they look to getting their cars in the near future. Is this a car or a computer on wheels. I love the big tablet touchscreen. Much prefer that over buttons and knobs; most of which are so redundant. Have only had it a couple of weeks but get a lot of oohs and ahhs. I got the top level Inscription. I chose to get 18" wheels to improve ride quality and quietness. It was too noisy and rough for me with the 20" wheels. To say that Volvo takes safety to the extreme is an understatement. I really did my shopping this time and didn't find any other car with all the bells and whistles.

We saw Volvo Cars Annapolis post a 2012 X5 for the best price & on the same day we drove to Maryland from Delaware to purchase it. Miguel & Mike were the extremely accommodating to our needs (very picky might I add) & were very knowledgeable about the SAV, the financing process & were able to knock off a couple 1000s of the purchase price. *BINGO* For the cherry 🍒 on top, I got to test drive a red 2016 BMW Grand Coupe (wish come true). Wanted a luxury sedan that was a little different from the standard BMW, Audi or Mercedes Benz. Test drove all the comparables and chose the S90 for its understated elegance and roomy cabin. Purchased a T6 Inscription trim with amber interior. Being a tech fan, I love the SENSUS infotainment system. Some of the safety warnings a little intrusive but were easily turned off. Not really a sporty driver so the 316HP all wheel drive is plenty for me. More then enough to zoom around the beltway.

My wife Kay and I were in the market for something a bit different, we had previously considered replacing our 2013 Range Rover with another Range Rover . We then discovered the Volvo XC90 Excellence. Having only previously heard of the Momentum, Inscription and T8 Hybrid variants, we were delighted to learn of a mind blowing level of quality Volo were now making - The Excellence - at this trim level it includes every option and is an amazingly comfortable luxury vehicle. The dealership at 333 Busch Frontage Annapolis is well located in a spacious lot, it has easy access and excellent parking availability. The showroom is modern and restrained - somewhat like a Volvo. We met with Olakunle Okunrinboye (OLA) who listened to us, he took the time to understand our circumstances and really listen to us as a customer. Ola talked us through the vehicle carefully, he was very knowledgeable and if there was something he didn't know he made a note to get the answer. We were touched with his thoughtful and detailed approach, we explained we had some interesting accounting requirements. Ola introduced us to Marva Laws, who introduced herself as the best at what she does, we have to agree she is. Marva is an efficient powerhouse when it comes to figuring out financial procedures to pay for a vehicle. We had a car to trade in our 2013 Range Rover - we were introduced to Steve Currie who handled this with professionalism and flexibility. A deal was struck and I can only say my wife and I are delighted with the Excellence and all at Volvo Annapolis, quite honestly one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had.

I loved this car until the engine light went on at 6,000 miles and the air conditioner stopped working with my two pets in the car 30 minutes from home at 10,000 miles. Now I'm concerned that they won't be able to "replicate" the problem and I will get to drive around waiting for the air to break down again. This is familiar to me as it happened in my prior Volvo but.....it was 9 years old with 130,000 miles on it. Also the crash car light and loud alert comes on when cars are not in front of me and are in my periphery that scares me to death. The cupholder situation is not user friendly. Otherwise the pilot assist and many other safety features have worked great. I know I do not want to drive a car that I am concerned about the a/c in Florida. Very disappointed.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is my second attempt to send A+ praise. On the 3rd of April 2018 I drove off the lot in my brand new 2018 Volvo. I wish to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the folks at Volvo Cars, Silver Spring, MD for their excellent efforts in assisting me with this, my "bucket list " purchase. Special thanks and appreciation are offered to Mr. Samuel Soroka, Sales & Leasing Consultant as well as to Mr. Robert Booska, Service Advisor. I initially met Sam in mid January 2018 and stated my interest in purchasing a Volvo SUV. I had accomplished some studying and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I pointed out that I was not in a rush to buy. Sam understood and from that point there was never any sales pressure (which was appreciated). We set about the task of reviewing all of the specifications, costs, material and purchase options, estimated delivery date(s) and final vehicle transfer requirements. During the test drive of another XC60 in got to experience many of the features that until then were just words or video descriptions. Needless to say, I purchased serveral options. Sam was very knowledgeable at explaining all of the new and technical capabilities and very patient at ensuring I understood their functionalities. Admittedly, I'm still on the learning curve and will be for a while as I continue to enjoy the sensations of learning something new each time I master the use of another XC60 feature. In that light, this Volvo will be "new" for a long time. When delivery day arrived (Tue, 3APR18), Sam was kind enough to assist me with a transportation problem. He agreed and actually picked me from the Silver Spring Metro Station in his privately owned Volvo and brought me to the dealership where the finalities were conducted. It was during this time that I was also introduced to Mr. Booska. We reviewed and signed all of the appropriate paperwork and I was provided with a very clear and concise explanations regarding the financing and servicing requirements. Before departing, Sam sat with me in my new Volvo and took the time to ensure I was comfortable and pleased with my vehicle and with the entire transaction. I did a ton of research on this car before purchasing it, searching high and low to see the colors in person and in the Inscription package that we wanted. I absolutely love the car. I have no complaints. It is extremely comfortable, rides beautifully, is easy on the eyes and has some great pick up! Sometimes I pull away from a light or when entering the highway faster than I intend. I still love the car and after longer road trips will often make that comment. The only single thing that I would change is the exterior color. It was a compromise because my husband and I could not agree and we were not impressed by the white or black. There was a darker blue shade that we really liked but it was not an option on this model (Denim blue - hint, hint Volvo). Plus the rear seat leg room is insane. Our teenage kids have no complaints when we go for long car rides. We sometimes drive 5 hours to go ski and no one is needing to stretch their legs or uncomfortable.

They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Very luxurious and lots of room especially the back seats! Lots of standard features. Especially love the heads up display. The 360 cameras are also a plus!

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

This is the best car I’ve ever driven. First off it’s beautiful. The outside design is sleek and kind of sporty. The inside is absolutely beautiful with plenty of leg room in front and back. Very comfortable. It rides and drives like a dream. Has all the comfort and convenience options I could ask for. Would definitely buy this car again!
