We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.
My 1995 Volvo 940 estate wagon is hard to get some parts for. A part source was located and the part ordered and installed. A second part has been ordered, because of a fault in the first part. All previous repairs have been successful.
Experience was very pleasant from the time I first walked in to Stillman, to discussing choices with Dave, to placing an order for a 2019, to delivery a few months later. Dave is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
I've bought cars from several brands and dealerships, and this was certainly the best all-around experience. James and the rest of the team members were kind, helpful, efficient, and not overly salesy, which I very much appreciated. Started with internet inquiry and then we emailed and chatted on the phone. Everyone, from the Internet team to the salesperson (jerry hooper) and the sales manager (Jeff Spangler) were friendly, professional, and willing to listen to me and work with me. Buying from this team was a great experience. I drove out from Houston to buy my Volvo here and would encourage my friends to do so as well. The price and professionalism could not be beat.
I was helped by sales rep Jared Perillo; he made the paper work process very fast, efficient and easy. Any questions i had about the car anywhere from it's features, to leasing and vehicle maintenance were answered with detail making me feel very confident with my purchase. The overall presentation, knowledge, and organization of the employee made me feel very comfortable in choosing Kline Volvo for my new car.
