I would highly recommend the team at Herzog-Meier to anyone looking to purchase their next car. I am not the easiest negotiator and extremely picky when it comes to purchasing a car. Not only are both Ayman and Patrick just good people, but also extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable with years of experience. They went the extra mile to find just the right financial terms running a multitude of options for me on both car purchases I made with them and in addition even finding a car that they did not even have in their inventory and getting it for me. The entire staff there seem to share a genuine passion for cars, many of them have been there for years. It is was made me purchase my first car from Herzog-Meier some 21 years ago and keeps me coming back.
The staff was very knowledgeable and personable. They were accommodating and brought cars around for me to test drive. Ifelt no pressure to buy. The shop is not very convenient to get to, but it's worth the effort.
I could not ask for more honest answers to VOLVO questions. I knew I wanted a Volvo, I had no idea that someone selling them could hare as much as I do about finding the right one. In the end it wasn't exactly what I wanted, but find in many ways it is also much much more than I could have expected. THANK YOU DLR Nordic.
I was looking for a used wagon and found a Volvo V70 from 2004 at DLR Nordic. I initially thought the price was a bit too high because it was a noticeably higher than the KBB value, although still very reasonable compared to other cars on the market. But that is not a fair comparison at all. DLR Nordic specializes in Volvos and really takes care of the vehicles. Many other used car dealers just wash the car and go through a basic safety inspection. DLR Nordic put the car through a thorough 3rd party inspection and made sure the car was in excellent condition (replaced timing belt, spark plugs, put in new break pads although the old ones still met the minimum spec etc). I also found the dealership manager Ole easy to work with and really knowledgeable about the car he's selling (again in contrast with many other used car dealers). He stayed late one day to let me test drive the car and was not pushy at all. In the end I bought the car after a small price adjustment. If you are looking for a used Volvo I really recommend this place, especially if you want to have peace of mind that the car is well taken serviced and taken care of.
We have just bought our 3rd wagon from DLR, and Ole kept our 22 yr old 240 in top running shape the past decade since his days at the V Shop. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. There is no pressure here, just the nicest folks and easiest way to own a Volvo on the west coast.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

Easy, low-pressure buying experience. Clean facility with friendly people. There was even a little kids play area, which was great for me and my 11 month old son to hang out in while the wife went on a test drive. We slept on the car for a few days and during that time, no hard-sell or pushy communications. Really, a simple, smooth process.
My RDX developed a rattle in the steering column that was annoying. They found the problem and had it fixed within a couple of hours. So happy to be rattle free. The service was top notch!!
