I did not end up purchasing the vehicle due to the carfax report though would ceratinly consider retuning to the dealer due to the pleasurable experience

I love the car except for the seat settings. Being short I accidentally edit those every time I exit the car. Also, the pedals don’t adjust forward, so I had blocks put onto the pedals and left foot rest
Service staff is inconsiderate and unresponsive
Exceptional support from the sales staff (Sandy Stein) and the GM (Barry Goodman). Fully explained every aspect of the cost, car features, lease details, etc. This is our 7th car from 128 Volvo and the team there is the primary reason we return. There are many other vehicles we could choose, but we choose 128 Volvo due to the service and family atmosphere from Barry and Sandy.
Extremely comfortable, smooth ride.

I am very pleased with the handling of this vehicle, the comfort of the seats, the gas mileage, the design of the vehicle and the included amenities.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The comfort is exceptional and the flexibility of the station wagon design is very practical. My wife "loves her Volvo" and I love to drive it too.
Service department was very attentive and handled my concern in a very expedient manner. The service manager was very good about communicating options and the waiting area was very comfortable with nice amenities.

Just purchased an XC60 from Jaffarian Volvo and couldn???t be happier with the sales experience. I was never rushed or pressured to buy and the sales representative, Narek, did an outstanding job answering my questions and fitting me with a vehicle that met both my needs and financial restrictions. I would definitely purchase another Volvo from Jaffarian.

Initially we were looking at the Range Rover Discovery and stumbled onto the Volvo XC60. As we compared the two we found the XC60 to have more technical, comfort and safety features. My husband is 6.6' and he says it's a much more comfortable ride for him than the Range Rover as well. We are very happy first time Volvo owners! Remembering a commercial slogan from our youth, " At Volvo we don't offer any rebates. Of course, when you build a good car you don't have to pay someone to buy it!"
David Patti always takes care of my car. Prompt courteous service, attention to detail. Truly cares about his customers. Fabulous dealership!

Honestly, I love this car so far. We just purchased it from Lovering Volvo in Concord, NH. This is my third Volvo. I love the gas mileage, I love the handling and the comfort inside. We got an amazing deal on this car as it was a left over 2017 - (paid $14,000) under MSRP. I was looking at Honda CRV's (great SUV as well) but I love the feel of the Volvo - Always have! I may have sacrificed room in the rear compared to the CRV, but I know that I will be much happier in the long run, with everyday driving in the V60. My kids are grown so I don't need the extra room but I love the versatility this car will give me.
Our sales person, Kyle Petrucci, was exceptional in his knowledge of the new XC90 T8, answered all my many questions in detail and provided follow up info when needed. I also felt he was a partner in the process of finding the right car for me, rather than trying to sell me.
I was in the market to upgrade my 2014 XC60 to a newer one with navigation. I saw one online and contacted the dealership. Rob Ouellette reached out to me. We set an appointment for me to look at it. I was apprehensive as this was the first time in 25 years that I had made a purchase on my own. I was nervous to say the least. Robert was warm and friendly from the moment I arrived. He instantly put me at ease. He made the whole process super easy and stress free. I couldn't be more happy with the transaction.

We've also driven Volvos for 30 years and this one is perfect for all my needs - quality, price, reliability, economy, ride, safety, size, appearance, and performance - excellent in every way!
Courteous team members, listening to concerns then actually addressing them.I came from another Volvo dealer who dismissed my concern in 1 hr. Boston Volvo was amazing!! I was able to pick up a loaner vehicle the evening before and they addressed my issues correcting an item that was caused by improper work at the NH Volvo dealer No $ Simple amazing team members

I purchased this Volvo because I had driven a similar model on vacation a year and a half ago and fell in love with it then. Although the acceleration speed does always bother my wife, the handling allows us to go on curvy roads and now her car sickness is almost non existent.
