The people in both the service and parts department were friendly, extremely efficient and very mindful of my time. They took care of me with great dispatch.

I love the car except for the seat settings. Being short I accidentally edit those every time I exit the car. Also, the pedals don’t adjust forward, so I had blocks put onto the pedals and left foot rest
Service staff is inconsiderate and unresponsive

Initially we were looking at the Range Rover Discovery and stumbled onto the Volvo XC60. As we compared the two we found the XC60 to have more technical, comfort and safety features. My husband is 6.6' and he says it's a much more comfortable ride for him than the Range Rover as well. We are very happy first time Volvo owners! Remembering a commercial slogan from our youth, " At Volvo we don't offer any rebates. Of course, when you build a good car you don't have to pay someone to buy it!"
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I will never buy another Volvo. I have a 2015 Volvo V60. At 37,000 miles I am on my 3rd set of tires. I am not hard on the car, I drive 12 miles to and from work and I’ve rotated the tires as recommended. I think the vehicle is overpriced. I can’t believe I had to put 3 sets of tires. I am sorry I bought it and I am stuck in a lease.
Honestly, I love this car so far. We just purchased it from Lovering Volvo in Concord, NH. This is my third Volvo. I love the gas mileage, I love the handling and the comfort inside. We got an amazing deal on this car as it was a left over 2017 - (paid $14,000) under MSRP. I was looking at Honda CRV's (great SUV as well) but I love the feel of the Volvo - Always have! I may have sacrificed room in the rear compared to the CRV, but I know that I will be much happier in the long run, with everyday driving in the V60. My kids are grown so I don't need the extra room but I love the versatility this car will give me.
After my son wrecked my older Volvo, I started looking for an XC60. Found one at Volvo of Nashville. After emailing John, he sent pictures of vehicle (none had been posted online yet) and answered all my questions. Later my brother in law drove the car and looked it over. A few days later I flew up to pick up the XC60. John picked me up at the airport in my soon to be car and we drive to the dealership to sign the paper work. The whole process was less than 10 minutes. Great experience, great customer service. I will definitely start at Volvo of Nashville the next time I’m looking for a car.
