Dan DeCicco, Patrick and the Service Team are always very helpful, friendly, professional and through. I appreciate that they value my time and make visiting with them quite E-Z. The Service Department is the deciding factor for my family buying another Volvo next time we need a vehicle.

Both he and Melanie, the Manager, went out of their way to ensure that I was informed about the work being done, which included showing me the damaged part that needed replacement. Went there for a 50,000-mile checkup, (and was given a loaner) and they discovered a cracked boot on an axle of my C30. Part was not in, so they scheduled me for another visit (and another loaner) and did the repairs free of charge. Very friendly, and the renovated service dept. is really nice!
I was able to re-schedule without difficulty after an unexpected event caused me to cancel my first appointment. When I arrived, they were expecting me and there was no wait. During the service visit there was ample place for me to work. When they were done, the service person came out to me to deliver the paperwork and explain what they had done. Great service visit all around!!
Dropped the car off on a Sunday with a blown tire. The service manager called Monday afternoon to tell me that tire would be mounted that day, that he would test drive it to see if an alignment was necessary and that I would be able to pick it up after service hours were over for the day. I will be using this dealership for my servicing.
Segun was professional, courteous and patient throughout the whole process. He made purchasing my car truly enjoyable. Additionally, I have to thank Rich Barry the general manager who made sure the whole process went seamless. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future if these two employees are there and would recommend them both to prospective buyers.
