Customer service was exceptional. Made the extra effort to make the paperwork as hassle free as possible. Took the time to explain all the different functions the Volvo offers. Continued to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with the car and if I had additional questions/concerns.

Traded in a smaller car due to needing larger cargo space for handicap equipment. Larger size helps. Didn't want an SUV type because it is too high to enter. The Cross Country gives all the room of an SUV, just not the height. Also was chosen because of all the safety features, especially the auto-braking at low speed.
Our salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We received our car when promised and were given wonderful instructions on all its features. The process was smooth and easy.
Loving our V60 Cross Country

We recently purchased a 2015.5 V60 Cross Country and so far, 2.5 months in, we are loving it. The car was a dealer demo, only driven by the owner of the dealership, and we were able to get our hands on it with less than 10k miles on the odometer. The performance, space, and comfort is out of this world. This is our third Volvo over the years (previously had a 2000 S80 and 1999 850) and is hands down our favorite. It's got amazing performance, great storage for a wagon of its class, and amazing comfort. The highway mileage is impressive, although it drops for city driving (we end up using our Fiat for short in-town jaunts). Another mild annoyance is head clearance for taller folks - it can feel a bit cramped for those pushing 6 feet tall.
Overall though we are continually impressed with the quality of the car both inside and out. This is an investment car for us - one we can hopefully pass down to our kids, and we are really happy with our decision to go with the V60 Cross Country.
The whole team, led by Gerry McDonald are professional yet relaxed in their approach to sales and service. I have just purchased my 3rd Volvo from this dealership. Christine Giamattei is second to none at the front desk and Brian Langley was an excellent salesperson. The service team led by Lee Page is awesome, Rich Lewis, Steve Browne, and Erik Williamson have been there through the years and are dedicated, knowledgeable and happen to have a great sense of humor as well. They always explain what is necessary to fix and what would be best for the life of the car. The service technicians Mike, John and Corey have my trust. I am so lucky to be a valued customer of Gengras North Haven!!! They are simply the best and in a sleek new setting!!!

Sleek interior, comfortable seats, expansive headroom, sufficient storage capacity, above average gas mileage. Provides solid driving and handling experience. Easy turning radius and good visibility from interior.
This is my second vehicle lease with Bruce Bennett Nissan, and my second experience working with David. I can't recommend him highly enough. David was so flexible with my busy schedule and was willing to get 80% of the offer ready via email which was ultimately the most convenient for me. When I went to pick up my vehicle David was friendly, warm and professional just as he was the first time I worked with him.

Sooo comfortable, roomy, and stylish! I am so happy with the purchase. The car drives like a dream! The interior is as beautiful as the exterior. It is sporty and luxury mixed in one car.
Purchased a CPO 370Z two days ago. The buying experience with Senior Sales Consultant Norbert Rivera could not have been better. He accompanied me on an extended test drive and, the next morning, picked me up at home half an hour from the dealership to take me to take possession of the car. Norbert gets 6 stars, and the other people in the dealership were friendly and helpful. Until the signing of the final paperwork with Business Manager Matthew Manuele. There was nothing complicated here. The price and the final punch list had already been agreed to, and I was paying cash. The problem arose when Matt started pushing an expensive extended warranty. His approach was an obsolete hard sell approach, and he very definitely did not want me to go home and think about whether I found it worth while. I finally had to tell him "back off," and when he didn't I simply said "No!" In the end he apologized and I accepted his apology, but that did not do much to remove the sour taste he'd created.
I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism following my inquiry on a listed car. Though ultimately, it didn't match my needs, they worked with me in my search and were very responsive to additional questions/requests.
Absolutely Best Buying experience. Danya was the best!! Bought my new car from out of state, as my local dealer didn't have the car I was interested in purchasing. Danya was able to work with me via email and phone, and now I am a proud owner of a new 2017 Audi. Valenti is great, anyone I know that is interested in purchasing an Audi, I will recommend the excellent staff at Valenti!

I have always wanted a Volvo. The safety measures are great. The car has kept my husband out of many accidents on his way to work due to the driving habits of other individuals. He has never praised a car so much. The car is comfortable, it has power, it is great in the snow. I will definitely by another Volvo.
The salesman was excellent. He knew every detail about the Audi Q3, and the particular functions available with the technology package. He described the features of the car while I test drove the vehicle.
Prior to going to Valenti, I had dealings with several other VW dealerships. The staff at Valenti was, by far, the best! They went out of their way to find the car I wanted and were extremely helpful, courteous and fun. I couldn't have been any happier!
I always get great and efficient service with a smile when I visit. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I had the same experience when I bought my car from Jim Henry. This is my second Audi and I can't imagine having a different brand is car for the quality, price, and service!!
