We spent three months researching and test driving vehicles. Once we determined exactly what we wanted, we started working with our local dealer to find it (they did not have what we wanted on their lot). It was a huge waste of time. We stumbled across an XC90 at Royal South Volvo which is 3.5 hours and out-of-state from where we live. Two phone calls and a few pictures later, we had a great price on our new vehicle, including a really solid price on my trade-in. They knew I didn’t want to waste an entire day traveling only to be disappointed and they did not disappoint. This was honestly THE best car shopping experience of my life and I absolutely hate car shopping. Ask for Nick or Ryan and they will take very good care of you.
I love everything about this dealership. They are the gold standard for all Volvo Service teams. I purchased my car from another dealer, but will not take it back there ever, having worked with Volvo of Richmond. The service professionals keep you informed of the nature, expense and timing of the appointment. The shuttle team is punctual and personable, and the car comes back in great shape. Kudos all around. Special note that the dealership sent an email overview of the condition of the car, followed by an email and phone call post service. Great team.
This is my second Volvo leased from Prestige and specifically, Ron Landstrom. Nothing but great things to say about the team there and the process - from them trying to find my daughter a Pretige teddy bear - to pricing the XC90 very competitively - to them bending over backwards making sure I???m happy. In my experience, you???ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to do business with.

I bought a pre-owned one year old XC60 from Brian Mchayle. I stopped in to look at a vehicle that I saw online but Brian suggested the one that I purchased and I am so happy that he did. I was an extremely difficult and indecisive customer but Brian was patient with me the whole time. He never acted like a "salesman" at all but he was persistent (which was what I needed). I ended up picking the vehicle up at the very end of the day and Brian and his team never made me feel bad about them having to stay late for me. I've purchased a lot of luxury vehicles at a lot of dealerships over the years and I have to say that Brian and his team at Steingold are top notch all the way. The car was spotless when I picked it up as well. Very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend that you stop in an see Brian if you are in the market for a Volvo.

Everyone was truly helpful and pleasant. Walter was my salesman and he was wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy. I felt as though he truly wanted me to find a SUV I loved. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once I bought the XC90, Walter, took around 30-45 mins to walk me through all of the SUVs features. My last car wasn’t as technologically advanced, and Walter made sure I left the lot knowing how my car worked. Also, Wally, was so nice to finance the car with. He made the whole process a breeze. The GM had reserved a car for himself, and when he found out the dealership was out of the interior I wanted, he gave up his car for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Walter specifically.
From walking into its sales office to signing on a Volvo XC90 new car purchase agreement, we just spent 2 hours (including a 20-minute test driving), because the salesman Gharlib and Finance Jeff are very professional and warm. They explained and answered in such a precise way that we would really like to know and to ask. The experience would be perfect when the new Volvo building is completed soon.

My salesman, Jay Soto, was the reason I bought my new Volvo. I am seventy years old and he was very patient with me. Put no pressure on my but convinced me that buying a Volvo S60 was the right decision for me. He took the deal away from Marin Mercedes by being so easy and not being pretentious. Mercedes made me feel they could take me or leave me. Not, Jay! I felt important to him.
