Volvo makes the Car, Princeton makes the relations

As a family, we have been doing business with Princeton Volvo for over 20 years. Some cars we have bought outright and the rest leased. You will not find a more enjoyable experience when purchasing-leasing a Volvo or having it serviced by Princeton. The Long family knows there friends very well, I use the term friend because that is how you are treated. When it comes from the first purchase or lease or routine service. I have moved away from the area several times and was never really happy with the service my Volvo's from other dealerships. It's always a pleasure to come back to my home dealership for a service appointment or just a drop hello.
My wife and I were assisted immediately after entering the sales floor. Liam Berry was very polite and personable. Liam made us feel comfortable and welcome. He assisted us with the vehicles we were interested in and was able to answer all our questions immediately. Liam was familiar with all the features and options for our models and helped us understand the options and similarities/differences between the models. When we decided to pursue purchasing options, Liam had that covered as well. He presented options for all models we were interested in for purchase and lease with apples to apples comparisons. We never felt like we were being pressured to make a choice that was good for the dealership. When it came time to complete paperwork, Jennifer Holish was was ready and thorough. The paperwork was complete in no time and everything was explained in detail before signatures were taken. Compared to our previous vehicle purchases, this was a very enjoyable - yes, enjoyable - experience. We are completely satisfied with the option we selected and will definitely return for our next purchase. We had our previous Volvo serviced with Volvo of Lisle and will return there for service with our new Volvo.
Very good customer service from start to finish. Everybody was very accommodating and they make you feel at ease, Ana Marie and Deron were thumbs up. They gave me no pressure s at all. I could sum it all up as a one amazing experience. Highly recommended.
That was a walk-in as my check engine light was on for two days. While they were fixing the issue with my engine light, they also took chance to fix the issue of noise and vibration when braking. During the process, the service rep Dave Zelen came to talk to me many times to update me on the status. He also gave me an estimated time of fixing the squeaky noise on both my driver and passenger seat and how to book a loaner car beforehead. Very happy for the services they performed. Dave also emailed me days after to follow up to make sure everything went well.
Definitely look up Boris or Mabel in sales, or Bob in service. The buying experience is fantastic and continues years later with the service gang. This is an A+ facility that runs on its toes everyday to earn the highest rating. And they do.
Basically Customer satisfaction garantied- I called Friday evening to bring my car for engine light diagnostics. They were booked for car loaner for whole month, still they offer me drop off and pick up and an appointment to bring the car on Monday. This is what I am talking about. To me it is a big deal - Customer service- true Care, not like other dealer in Huntington who have guts to tell in my face they can not drop me off because they have only two valley guys. Seriously, and I had an appointment and came at 7am. Never ever I put my foot in Huntington Volvo.
My 1995 Volvo 940 estate wagon is hard to get some parts for. A part source was located and the part ordered and installed. A second part has been ordered, because of a fault in the first part. All previous repairs have been successful.
Stopped by without an appointment since my sun/moon roof didn't work when I got my Volvo back after the last service. Jose (not yet listed as an employee) thought he knew what the problem was and they took the car right back. He was spot on knowing what the issue and it was taken care of in 45 minutes to an hour -- with a freshly washed car returned to me! Plus I got in a short visit with my Danny (my favorite sales person)!
Excellent - Knowledgeable - Courteous & I saved $$$$$$$$$$$$

Rafael was excellent to work with and would recommend him HIGHLY to others who need assistance in purchasing a NISSAN. Rafael was knowledgeable, courteous to me and gave me the best deal I could have asked for! He was great.
Mike Upham was courteous and knowledgeable.. He knew the car systems and went through the upcoming inventory to find the car we wanted. He also was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the buy versus lease options.
Came into just look at the XC40. Met Jeff Williams, and in two hours, only two hours, bought a car and put a down payment on the XC40. These people are considerate, informative and know what is going on. Any issues or questions that come up, the sales manager will jump right in with assistance. The finance "guy" is terrific, informative and helpful. His explanations are in English and he talks with you not at you. People are asking and getting our referrals to Jeff.
Julian Keogh was very prompt in communications and responsive to our inquiries.
