The bill was almost $500.00 and after I checked my warranty it went from $389.00 to $139.00 for a belt. Always check your warranty.

I came in to get my remote battery key replaced. I have been having issues with it for awhile. They replace it and still not working. Javier in the parts department has gone far and beyond in helping me. He was very professional and helpful.

This review is about the purchase of a "Volvo Certified Pre-Owned" car. Bridgewater had listed a 4-year-old XC60 on cars.com that was a good match at a fair price. A phone call with sales consultant John Maxton convinced me to put down a deposit; the following week, we made the 3-hour drive to complete the sale. In this case, the confidence I'd come to feel in John was well placed. Regarding the Certified Pre-Owned program: Volvo Cars USA guaranteed that all of the XC60's components were functioning properly. In our case, the manufacturer's warranty is running for another six months, a welcome surprise. In the end, we added a Volvo extended warranty to the purchase... not cheap, but a better deal than the competing aftermarket offers we'd investigated. It will (hopefully) be a while until the next car purchase, but I'll gladly make the drive to Bridgewater again.

From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism displayed by the Principle Volvo team. The service was nothing short of excellent, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail that was given ro my vehicle. The loaner vehicle provided to me was brand new, and it was a relief to have a reliable car to use while mine was being serviced.
