My wife and I recently bought a used 2018 S90 T5 Momentum sedan from a Toyota dealership lot, we had no knowledge of how to operate the Audio & Tech Sensus Touchscreen...we wanted someone from a Volvo dealership to show us how to properly operate the different functions of the car so we called Lindsay Volvo and was connected to Mr. Kelvin Fuentes...we set up an appointment and on Saturday 9/22/2018 we had the experience of a lifetime...Mr. Fuentes was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining every detail of the Audio & Tech Sensus Touchscreen....we went for a drive and even though this car can practically drive itself operator awareness and safety was Mr. Fuentes main priority...Mr. Fuentes also installed the Volvo app on my IPhone and through that app was able set up remote engine start, "WOW" how cool is that for modern technology. Mr. Fuentes went above and beyond the norm of customer service....it was greatly appreciated...My wife and I can now better enjoy all the bells and whistles that the S90 Volvo offers because we have been properly schooled.
