Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
Just purchased an XC60 from Jaffarian Volvo and couldn???t be happier with the sales experience. I was never rushed or pressured to buy and the sales representative, Narek, did an outstanding job answering my questions and fitting me with a vehicle that met both my needs and financial restrictions. I would definitely purchase another Volvo from Jaffarian.

I did not end up purchasing the vehicle due to the carfax report though would ceratinly consider retuning to the dealer due to the pleasurable experience
Recently purchased a 2015 Camry from Autofactory in Peabody and could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. I was assisted by Brian who allowed me to take 4 test drives of different vehicles before I decided on the Camry. I felt no pressure to buy at all and Brian took care of all of the necessary paperwork, registration and insurance issues that go along with buying a car. Exceptional support from the sales staff (Sandy Stein) and the GM (Barry Goodman). Fully explained every aspect of the cost, car features, lease details, etc. This is our 7th car from 128 Volvo and the team there is the primary reason we return. There are many other vehicles we could choose, but we choose 128 Volvo due to the service and family atmosphere from Barry and Sandy.
Service department was very attentive and handled my concern in a very expedient manner. The service manager was very good about communicating options and the waiting area was very comfortable with nice amenities.
