I'm surprised by the review that said there was no follow through. We too were an out of state buyer. The internet based salesperson emailed me regularly, responded quickly, set up a visit and confirmed the visit over the course of the week. She lined us up with a gracious salesperson and he and the sales manager worked hard to make sure they met our numbers.

Jason worked every avenue over 2 days not giving up until he was able to find me the best interest rate & financing for my pre owned 2018 Audi A4. it was a pleasure from the minute I walked in working with Huey and chatting with him, until I drove off in my new car. From the first moment I drove it, I knew it wasn't for me. It was a very noisey drive. I could literally hear the engine. I asked the representative, "What is wrong with the suspension,?" I could feel every bump on the road on my back. The exterior was beautiful and the interior was Ok. I felt safe in it, though. If it was for the noise and suspension, I would have purchased it.
Very efficient, smart team, entire experience was great!

This is my first R Design Volvo and it is a great car. The polestar engine delivers exceptional performance. The technology is great and it has every imaginable amenity I could think of. A pleasure to drive.
I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!

Just downsized from an XC90 and I just love this SUV. Has many features I have in an S60. Very sporty and easy to maneuver.

Amazed at the comfort & ride of the Volvo. I knew leasing was over for me for the amount of miles I drive. I wanted a vehicle I knew would last, the Volvo was my pick!
This is my second Volvo leased from Prestige and specifically, Ron Landstrom. Nothing but great things to say about the team there and the process - from them trying to find my daughter a Pretige teddy bear - to pricing the XC90 very competitively - to them bending over backwards making sure I???m happy. In my experience, you???ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to do business with.

I needed an auto that I was comfortable driving . great to carry on conversations with others and speaker system so good. The bells and whistles come in handy sometimes.
I cannot express how professional and helpful Patrick Beauford was in the initial presentation of the car and also on some follow up questions I had. Pat Masone was also very professional in his discussion of the finances and Craig Melquist was very helpful with some of the questions I had. Overall the relaxed and highly professional and low key approach was a major factor in my decision to go with the Volvo.

This car is great, plenty of room, comfortable inside, beautiful inside and out. Good gas mileage. Quiet on the road. This car is so fun to drive!
We leased a S60 from Patrick and it was a great experience the moment he took the call. Excellent price, patience and knowledge. Would recommend him to anybody looking for a Volvo. He even had the car delivered to our home.
My most recent service went well. They were ready for the car on schedule and completed the job at the time promised.

We buy used because we like the warantees offered with them.
Our latest was an XC-60 that was a factory rep car that was turned back in with 10,000 miles.
It was loaded with options. It will take us a month to familarize ourselves with all them.
I was so blown away by the Wilson Grace, who contacted me after I purchased my new X4.
I honestly enjoyed the hour he spent with me going over my car. He was patient and understanding and he made me very comfortable with all the new features.
I have never had such a pleasant experience in all my years owning a new car.
Thanks for having such a helpful person especially after the deal is done.
I leased a Volvo XC 60 2019 yesterday and I had a great experience. Robert, Jeff and especially Frank were wonderful. Frank took his time to go over the car in details without rushing. I definitely recommend to everyone that it is looking for a great car to go to Volvo in Hungtinton.

Vehicle meets needs. 22-25 mpg on trip. Infotainment showing it's age; not intuitive operation especially compared to 2018. Folding down passenger seat is a kludge.

Love the styling of this car. Lots of features and safety equipment you won't find on other cars. My insurance agent actually said to me, you have chosen one of the safest vehicles on the road today. Seats are very comfortable. Great performance from the turbo, supercharged 4 cylinder. The steering wheel controlled headlights are awesome.
I've been a loyal Volvo owner for over twenty years. The office admin & sales personnel that I interacted with (Todd Garno - sales) made my purchasing decision an easy one. They were outstanding & I was extremely pleased with the value of my 2012 Volvo S60. However, an unexpected problem did come up three weeks after my purchase. One of the cells in my car battery went bad making it impossible to start the car by simply turning on the ignition. Instead I needed several jump starts over the course of several days to start the car. When I brought the car in to to Prestige Volvo (the dealership) to have this issue rectified, Todd (my salesman) interceded on my behalf to ensure that I received a new battery at no cost even though the was no extended warranty coverage for the battery. This service was certainly appreciated!
