I was looking into getting a Volvo XC 40 for a little bit and my dad and I went to the dealership to see it in person. Richard was our sales guy and he did a fantastic job at letting me test drive the vehicle and explaining all it had to offer. I will say that I did want black interior but it was unavailable and i got beige but they were super informative as to helping me decide because i could have custom made it. The purchasing process was very quick and although the car does have so much information within the technology that it does take a little bit to remember everything, Richard explained it very well and was super helpful when i had questions with the follow up call. This is a very good dealership and i appreciate all they have to offer.
Can’t say enough about my service advisor, Pedro. I have never had such great service! He took care of so many details, kept me
informed by text frequently (which I requested) and allowed me the use of a wonderful loaner car. He even touched up the paint where I had a few dings. My XC90 is back to it’s original glory in performance and looks!
Purchasing was easy and not high pressure. Kim Knorr was great to worth with. I was able to leave and think about it overnight without the pressure. I???m very detailed and this allowed me to work it through in my head. The location is beautiful and my car is fantastic as well with a great warranty because it was certified Pre-Owned. Pleasantly surprised with Volvo as a brand honestly.
Without question the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've purchased 3 Mercedes and an Audi plus other brands. Kevin Wallace was the best most professional, warm, experienced sales person. No pressure, only customer focus. He went above and beyond. I drive 30+ miles to this dealer. Best Volvo dealer in the Valley.

I was helped by sales rep Jared Perillo; he made the paper work process very fast, efficient and easy. Any questions i had about the car anywhere from it's features, to leasing and vehicle maintenance were answered with detail making me feel very confident with my purchase. The overall presentation, knowledge, and organization of the employee made me feel very comfortable in choosing Kline Volvo for my new car.
I had written an earlier review dissatisfied with the fulfillment of promises made when I bought my subaru. After I contacted the sales manager, everything went very smoothly. If the service had gone well from the beginning, I would give 5 stars. As it is, a customer shouldn't have to contact the sales manager to have promised services delivered. They are very accommodating, and really tried--I'm sure that their process will improve.
I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). Chuck Cantor is great to work with! They did a nice job on our seats. I noticed the seatbelt was twisted on my way out of the parking lot. Chuck apologized, got the car right back into service and had us on the road in about 10 minutes with the problem fixed. I just wish they were closer. I was a little scatterbrained that day and Chuck was very gracious.
Like for many people, visiting a car dealership to shop for a vehicle can be intimidating. But the folks at Bill Gray are thankfully different. From my first visit to my fifth, my experience was outstanding. From the front desk, to the sale associate, to the finance person , everyone was affable and pleasant. In addition, they do not exerted any sales pressure on us. The price negotiation was downright simple. My thanks to Erin and Joe. My family and I would highly recommend this place.
