Mr. Steinfein provided excellent knowledge and was extremely courteous. He kept me and my husband informed about the progress of our car throughout our entire wait. We have previously owned both a Mercedes and a BMW but decided to purchase a KIA based on some of our friends who bragged on KIA's high quality customer service. We now have bragging rights, they have the most honest and caring customer service and very knowledgeable staff.

Finding the car you like and want to buy is easy today with all the online resources. Finding the IDEAL car salesperson is not that easy unless you stop by or arrange an appointment with IRIS HARLEY at Volvo Cars Silver Spring. We were fortunate to be introduced to her when we went to look at a car we found online at her dealership. With all the bells and whistles on the cars today it is great to find Iris who knows her Volvo cars inside and out. She gave us great insight into what the car was about and knew what she was talking about. When we went to pick up the car she gave us a thorough introduction and overview of each and every bell and whistle. She gave us all the time we needed to feel comfortable when driving away. If you are in the market for a Volvo, which you should be, this is our fourth, get in touch with Iris and make the car buying issue a smooth and believe it or not, enjoyable process. She is a delight. Her Sales Manager Noah Greaney is also an asset to the dealership. Straight forward and easy to work with. You can tell he has a strong background in the automotive industry with a yes, sense of humor too!!
took my 2018 optima in for the free 3000 mile oil change and check over. service dept great oil change only took 45 min but the had to wait another 45 min to for the car wash :( Also when I left they gave me an invoice of the work done. Parts and labor for an oil change was $73.75!!
Richard Sinclair is one on your team that you should be proud of. He is very professional and he make sure you are taken care of for the entire time you are waiting. Rado, the salesman that I worked with, was fantastic. He spent a lot of time answering my annoying all my questions. Then after we agreed on the sale, Bong Lee was super pleasant and knowledgeable about the extended warranty and the final sale transaction was a smooth experience.
No pressure. Sales manager called to give us an update on the car. Salesman gave us plenty of time to discuss our options. Salesman made a suggestion that actually got us into a car that we liked more than the one we originally looked at.
We found a used car at Koons, and once we negotiated (briefly) and received the final numbers via text, we made the hour plus drive to pick up the car. Everything was transparent. No pressure. And the car got excellent ratings from the mechanic for the pre-sale inspection. We felt comfortable with the entire buying experience.

I came to the dealership with the intent to purchase. I had already done my comparison shopping. The sales rep, Billy, was most accommodating. I had to come back the next day with my husband (he's recovering from surgery)to take him for a test drive and since Billy was off, Tracy, the sales manager filled in for him. All in all, it was a positive experience - no stress!
