I've bought cars from several brands and dealerships, and this was certainly the best all-around experience. James and the rest of the team members were kind, helpful, efficient, and not overly salesy, which I very much appreciated. They model excellent customer service and made the process a really pleasant one. I'd be happy to do a deal there again, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to say thanks for such a great experience I had in purchasing my 4th vehicle from Porsche/Volvo of the Village. My salesman Kenny Cunningham is the best! I trade in-and-out of cars frequently, and I was looking to purchase a 718 Cayman. He went out of his way to get me the perfect car from a dealer several hundred miles away. He also gave me the strongest trade-in number for my C7 Grand Sport. I am over-the-top happy with the new car and will only buy from this dealer and specifically Kenny in the future. My next car will be a 911 base or a 718 Boxster GTS, and I’m hoping I can hold onto my recent purchase for a while...not sure that’s going to happen.

Very good customer service from start to finish. Everybody was very accommodating and they make you feel at ease, Ana Marie and Deron were thumbs up. They gave me no pressure s at all. I could sum it all up as a one amazing experience. Highly recommended.
That was a walk-in as my check engine light was on for two days. While they were fixing the issue with my engine light, they also took chance to fix the issue of noise and vibration when braking. During the process, the service rep Dave Zelen came to talk to me many times to update me on the status. He also gave me an estimated time of fixing the squeaky noise on both my driver and passenger seat and how to book a loaner car beforehead. Very happy for the services they performed. Dave also emailed me days after to follow up to make sure everything went well.
Alan as usual was very attentive, knowledgeable and charming and made the whole experience of my annual Volvo vehicle service a pleasure! All in all from purchasing my XC 60 in 2015 to the present, I have felt nothing but the very best in customer service - A genuinely terrific team!
I was helped by sales rep Jared Perillo; he made the paper work process very fast, efficient and easy. Any questions i had about the car anywhere from it's features, to leasing and vehicle maintenance were answered with detail making me feel very confident with my purchase. The overall presentation, knowledge, and organization of the employee made me feel very comfortable in choosing Kline Volvo for my new car.
Jason Brown was an excellent Volvo sales ambassador. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the car. It was, by far, the smoothest and easiest deal I have ever made on a new car. The volvo xc40 is a fantastic car and loaded with tons of safety technology and pure fun features. Very roomy as well. I am very pleased.

Findlay Volvo, and especially Operations Director, Erich Christjansen, took such great care of me and my new (used) 2012 S80, that I am still overwhelmed that a car dealership would go so far above and beyond the normal level of service to do the right thing. Barely three months after I bought my car, some major repairs (approx $2800) were needed. I sent Erich an email and within an hour, he called me on the phone. He then asked me to bring the car back in, and they would look further into what repairs were needed. The day after I brought it in, I got a call from the Service Dept. saying my car was fixed (at no cost to me) and I could come pick it up. I dropped the phone and broke out in tears. I couldn't believe that a dealership could be so caring for their customers. When I came to pick up my car, I gave Erich a big hug and couldn't thank him enough. They now have a customer for life. Thank you, Findlay Volvo. You are the best!

Soon as the Volvo dealership change hand ,great customer service disappeared.
Volvo customers like me who have been with the Jim Marsh Volvo for ages were
spoiled with its great customer service. Like customer pick up/ride , a quick car
wash after service. Soon it change hands recently the "world turns". Very obvious. It even shows with the service personnel. Techs and tech advisors
from the previous ownership are as great though it shows the over tasks and it shows with the new ownership. Notice cut backs that sure deteriorate the quality
of customer service . One can feel the difference.
Thanks goodness for Bailey Anderson and the techs who came with the move . If not for them we or at least I won't be going there anymore.
I was looking into getting a Volvo XC 40 for a little bit and my dad and I went to the dealership to see it in person. Richard was our sales guy and he did a fantastic job at letting me test drive the vehicle and explaining all it had to offer. I will say that I did want black interior but it was unavailable and i got beige but they were super informative as to helping me decide because i could have custom made it. The purchasing process was very quick and although the car does have so much information within the technology that it does take a little bit to remember everything, Richard explained it very well and was super helpful when i had questions with the follow up call. This is a very good dealership and i appreciate all they have to offer.
Can’t say enough about my service advisor, Pedro. I have never had such great service! He took care of so many details, kept me
informed by text frequently (which I requested) and allowed me the use of a wonderful loaner car. He even touched up the paint where I had a few dings. My XC90 is back to it’s original glory in performance and looks!
Grant did an exceptional job of communicating with us. He was very ardent in sending us information, whether it be numerous emails, texts or even a phone call. All the while not coming off as pushy in any way. I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle from Volvo but Grant's wholehearted approach made it easy for us to solidify our decision to do so.
The sales rep, Chance Davis was extremely professional and helpful; he made the process easy. I would high recommend working with him if you are considering a Volvo.
