Jason Brown was an excellent Volvo sales ambassador. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the car. It was, by far, the smoothest and easiest deal I have ever made on a new car. The volvo xc40 is a fantastic car and loaded with tons of safety technology and pure fun features. Very roomy as well. I am very pleased.

Findlay Volvo, and especially Operations Director, Erich Christjansen, took such great care of me and my new (used) 2012 S80, that I am still overwhelmed that a car dealership would go so far above and beyond the normal level of service to do the right thing. Barely three months after I bought my car, some major repairs (approx $2800) were needed. I sent Erich an email and within an hour, he called me on the phone. He then asked me to bring the car back in, and they would look further into what repairs were needed. The day after I brought it in, I got a call from the Service Dept. saying my car was fixed (at no cost to me) and I could come pick it up. I dropped the phone and broke out in tears. I couldn't believe that a dealership could be so caring for their customers. When I came to pick up my car, I gave Erich a big hug and couldn't thank him enough. They now have a customer for life. Thank you, Findlay Volvo. You are the best!

Soon as the Volvo dealership change hand ,great customer service disappeared.
Volvo customers like me who have been with the Jim Marsh Volvo for ages were
spoiled with its great customer service. Like customer pick up/ride , a quick car
wash after service. Soon it change hands recently the "world turns". Very obvious. It even shows with the service personnel. Techs and tech advisors
from the previous ownership are as great though it shows the over tasks and it shows with the new ownership. Notice cut backs that sure deteriorate the quality
of customer service . One can feel the difference.
Thanks goodness for Bailey Anderson and the techs who came with the move . If not for them we or at least I won't be going there anymore.
Outside of las vegas on my way to Colorado my C30 lost power and got an error message of reduced engine performance. Car would not drive over 45 mph. So limped onto vegas and went to Findlays at 10:00 am. Obviously i didnt have an appointment, just an emergency since I had to meet family in colorado. Mechanics were busy but Jarrett Wallace great customer service guy in repairs did some initial diagnosis and talked to them about my situation. Next thing I know car is in the garage -- . I thought maybe I had blown the turbocompressor - car has 166000 miles on it, but turned out just a couple air hoses had come off. I was back on the road by 12:15. Thank you Jarrett and service technicians for all your great help.
I was unable to secure the car deal at my local Volvo dealer in Reno so I reached out to Findlay in Las Vegas. CJ was amazing and worked the deal, I pretty much did everything over the phone, that is real trust and they didn???t let me down. He found me my car on a Sunday, and I drove it home 400 miles home today, 4th of July!! Jason walked me and my husband through the car and off we drove home ??? buy here and you will not be disappointed.
Jason was great! He listened to my requirements & got me the best deal for the right XC60. I would definitely work with him again. The entire team was professional & seem to take pride in the Volvo product line.
Walked into Volvo informed Gary and George what car I wanted. Came back a couple days later and everything was ready to go for the purchase of my new xc90 and was out of there in 1 hour. Pleasure doing business with them.
