With the help from Gabby, I was able to get in to a Honda Ridgeline that same day. I called her at 1:30 p.m. asked if the Ridgeline was still available, and she text me back with in two to three minutes with pictures to let me know it was still there and detailed ready. Then I text back about 5:30 told her I was on my way, and when we got there, some one met us at the door and showed us were Gabby's desk was, she was very nice, took us staight to the Ridgeline, I just wanted to just drive it around the lot. So we went back to her desk got my app. filled out and talked to the finance guy and was out of there by 8:10. I feel Gabby went out of her way for the customer. She made sure the Ridgeline was cleaned even after being detailed before we left with it, and filled the gas tank up, Thank you Gabby. ,thanks Sam

Some of the detailing of the interior of the car seen a bit cheap. The first time I used the hood latch the trim around the latch handle came loose.I purchased the car because of the safety reputation and history of Volvo.

I have rarely felt a genuine affection for a car. I had a 2013 XC60 before this and technologically, the 2020 is lightyears ahead. You can tell how much thought Volvo put into this car when the Auto Start/Stop feature is so seamless that I have no desire to turn it off. I give all voice commands for everything from climate to Nav to radio so there is no need to take your eye off of the road.

Purchased 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 R-Design two years ago with 34000 miles. Now almost 60000. I don’t have any problem with the car so far. It’s very comfortable with combination of T6 engine and polestar update is pleasure to drive . There only two things I don’t like . MPG and When raining and open the window water go in .

This is my second XC60. I totaled my first in a rear end accident. The car I hit looked terrible. My airbag deployed, but my car actually looked fine and drove fin, but the cost of repair was too high with the airbag. I ended up finding this model with added a few nice extra safety features to the 2013 I had. The car is comfortable with plenty of luggage space for a mid size SUV. The turbo 6 really makes the car scoot, and the AWD system is hardy I've take it for mild off road driving (well, my last 2103 I did at least) and it handles well.

I totaled my car a week ago and was extremely upset about having to look for a used car on such sort notice. This is my third Volvo and my favorite model of the three. It is the perfect car for me. It is a very comfortable car to drive. I love the design of the car. It has a lot of storage in the back. It has an easy system to pop down the seats for bigger loads. My XC 60 is a super nice looking car on the exterior too. It is a great car for around town and has also been perfect for longer road trips.

Overall had a very positive experience purchasing a used Audi Q5. Although they had limited staff due to the stay at home order, Courtney was very responsive and helpful in scheduling the appointment and getting me started on time when I arrived. The rest of staff was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. It made for a very quick and easy process that had me in an out within a couple hours. I have to post about our car buying experience at Buckeye Motor Sales. We were in a really bad situation and had just been hit by an 18 wheeler -- our almost paid off car totaled in a matter of a few days. I looked on Cars.com and found a car that really impressed me and I inquired. The next day I called and talked to Steve and was immediately struck by how in depth he was about the car. He listened to my situation and let me tell him what we needed. We discussed the car and had several conversations that day and it was no time at all and we were approved by various lenders and we were arranging to drive to Delaware to finalize the purchase. Unfortunately I became really sick and couldn't make the trip for a few days and Steve was more concerned about my health than the sale. Which is not surprising since he is not a typical salesman. We came today, finalized the deal, signed, sealed, and after a few hours home with our new 2014 Chevy Cruze and it is JUST what we were looking for. 100,000 miles less than our totaled car, great payment and 1st payment not due for a month. Beautiful car, clean, great gas mileage, and so happy to say this Made in America and Made in Ohio car is Ours. Thank you Steve -- you have been a wonderful help to us.
