Used Volvo XC60 for sale near Los Angeles, CA under $30,000

This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!

I was really impressed with my recent buying experience at Lexus of Cerritos. In general, most people consider the car buying experience to be quite intimidating and a hassle (myself included), but from the moment I reached out to inquire about a 2025 NX 450h+, Elaine Sanchez and Eddie Chun were quick to respond, and were willing to accommodate my requests via email. I really appreciated Elaine?s no-nonsense approach, and her willingness to get the deal done. I can honestly say this was one of the quickest car buying experiences I?ve been through. Once the deal was made and we came in to pick up the NX 450h+, Eddie Chun was there to continue with this next level customer experience. He and Elaine welcomed us and that?s when Eddie took us to see our new car. He was so friendly and sincere, it really shows how much he enjoys his career. He was excited to show us the car and he gladly went over all the features before, during and after the test drive. He was able to answer all our questions, and then some; all with a smile. He also gave helpful tips, which I appreciated. He finalized our paperwork quickly and was able to keep us informed on what to expect next, which I also appreciated. Eddie then introduced us to Austin Grande, and he handled the final steps with financing. He too was welcoming and was able to streamline the process, out of respect for our time and his. I can go on and on, but just to conclude, we had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Cerritos, and because of Elaine, Eddie and Austin, we will refer friends and family, so they can also experience what we did, next time they purchase a new car. Thanks again to everyone at Lexus of Cerritos!!

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

This is my third Volvo and my favorite model of the three. It is the perfect car for me. It is a very comfortable car to drive. I love the design of the car. It has a lot of storage in the back. It has an easy system to pop down the seats for bigger loads. My XC 60 is a super nice looking car on the exterior too. It is a great car for around town and has also been perfect for longer road trips.

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.

I love driving a Volvo. The 2019 XC60 AWD InscriptionT5 is my 3rd Volvo. I previously had the XC90. Great price for all the features. The suspension and handling is great. It has a smooth ride.

I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.

Got a 2017 XC 60 T6 and have been Impressed since my Test Drive. Power, Comfort, Style and Handling are More Than Wonderful ! And of course Volvo Safety !

Very nice experience, all sals employees there are very knowable and patient. I was staying there to negotiate the price for a while, they don?t show bad mood or push you to buy.

This is my second Volvo. I first had a 2004 S60, which I traded in for this 2013 XC60. The SUV has a great ride and I love the ability to switch to a stick shift, which makes the car feel sporty. Overall, the car is trouble free. LIke me other Volvo, the transmission sometimes is hard to move. I actually had to replace the tranmission in the S60. This vehicle has traveled cross country, where it gets great gas mileage, with using regular gas, not high test. The city gas mileage, I live in Chicago, is not very good! The required maintenance from the Volvo dealer can be expensive, but repairs at the dealer I feel are overpriced! I got the extended warranty, which I feel was a waste of money. Overall, I really like the Volvo brand! They are fairly maintenance free and last a long time. My previous Volvo had about 110,000 miles and this one has about 63,000 miles.

I LOVE this car. Love it. The pickup is amazing and the car is extremely comfortable. Bonus points for a great stereo system! It’s my favorite car I’ve ever owned (I’m 54). Five +++ stars!
