The salesman, Yoon Shin, is very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. So is the finance manager, Rich Ton. Yoon patiently demonstrated several features that are not easily found on the User Manual.

The staff were friendly and professional. Everything worked out well. Our sales rep was Carrie Burrill and she did a good job answering all of our questions. I especially liked how they were able to deliver the car right to our home.

Viti Volvo is the best! I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant Matt Meyer, who made every step of buying a new car easy and even enjoyable. I’m an older woman and my paperwork was not in perfect shape to say the least (my registration on my trade-in car had expired!). Matt rose to the occasion and was online doing his magic to make my old car legal again, and readily proceeded with getting me discounts. While showing me my new car, he was patient and made sure I was comfortable with every part of my new Mild Hybrid XC40 SUV (and in my favorite color). I also had positive interactions with other staff, including Jason Smigel, who was a great help explaining maintenance programs. This is an excellent dealership that cares about its customers and takes pride in providing the best service possible.

The general manager, Jon Bittrolff assistant manager Michael Ayache and sales representative Michael Bushell worked diligently to get me the “best deal” in the valley. We had a great experience at DARCARS Volvo in Fairfax. I reached out to confirm the availability of one of the used cars and Tim, the manager, quickly responded. We made an appointment for the next day and the car was out front ready for us. Tim referred us to Lonnell, who was very personable and straight forward. We were happy with the car and settled with their finance manager. Not huge space, but very comfortable and nice layout inside.

I purchased a Certified Preowned Volvo and the whole experience was straighforward and profesional. They sent me videos of the vehicle as well as the pricing by email. I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours. Highly recommend.
