My wife and I was shopping for a family vehicle. We found Jon and a 2005 Lincoln Navigator he had on his lot. Jon was very fair and helpful. He opened his business on a Sunday, a day he's closed and stayed a few hours late on a Tuesday to accommodate us. He was very patient and willingly to work with us with what ever needs we had. This will be a place I will look at first if/when I go to purchase another vehicle.

Love, love, love my Volvo Cross-Country XC 70. Not only is it a beauty and reliable, but I feel like I have a fighting chance on the road.
I had a wonderful experience visiting Borton Volvo and I enjoyed the process from the beginning to the end. More importantly we love our Volvo and I am glad Joe Schad helped us make the best purchase for our family needs.

Best hidden (still I think) secret. Awesome Euro Styling (not overdone, controls in easy places to find), amazing performance (who else builds a 300HP wagon?), tons of well thought out tech included in base level cars (stuff like push button downhill assist you would pay big $$ for in other brands), comfortable (probably the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in) as any luxury car on the market to drive, I think much more reliable than other luxury brands, and to top it off amazing safety (like you did not already know).
I have been in a lot of car dealers in MN I have never seen an attentive best customer service ever in Borton Volvo all the crew was exceptionally friendly and very helpful!! Thanks for the best experience !!!

I love this wagon! Tons of power and as comfortable as they come. Great tech and safety features as well which makes it cheaper to insure.
The Davis team did an excellent job in all aspects.
Have recommended people to purchase from Davis and will certainly buy from them again.

What I like about Volvo (this is #3) everytime I buy new I can't believe how much better it is. i love the blind spot mirrors and that they fold, the interior is beautiful and comfortable and the performance and road handling excellent.
OK Gary was yhe best because he listened to me and found exactly the words, the patience and the car I needed. I don't find more words because I don't speak a very good english

We do long road trips and this is the most comfortable car I have ever had the pleasure of driving and being a passenger in. Luxury with the performance to match. Loads of cargo room, which was also extremely important to our dogs!!
Just purchased an XC60 from Jaffarian Volvo and couldn???t be happier with the sales experience. I was never rushed or pressured to buy and the sales representative, Narek, did an outstanding job answering my questions and fitting me with a vehicle that met both my needs and financial restrictions. I would definitely purchase another Volvo from Jaffarian.

most comfortable car to drive and has very few mechanical problems. I did 1000 miles in one day and still could get out of the car in good shape. I will race any Tesla from Seattle to Key West with one driver, and win
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

My husband and I bought this car when we were expecting our second daughter. This is the most comfortable and best quality vehicle we have ever owned. We have had no issues with the vehicle in the two years we have owned it. It's also worth mentioning that the car was purchased used. We will definitely be looking for another Volvo for our next vehicle purchase.
I was in the Chesapeake VA area for two days to get a car in preparation to move from NYC, and Tim made the experience quick, easy and hassle free. He gave smart advice on insurance, and connected me with his local Geico insurance while I was test driving the vehicle. Everyone was so friendly, and I would recommend Carlotz for the next automobile purchase.
Jaffarian really has a great salesmen, who is really more than that. Narek is very helpful in several ways. 1. Texts, which helps. 2. Finds a way to get you a good price that works for you while matching a car that fits you. 3. Being on the customers side. For example, Narek talked me out of a car that was more expensive that didn't have the bells and whistles that the car he eventually did talk me into had, and the car he talked me into was actually less expensive than my original pick. 4. Communication. Narek texted me a few times to let me know what was going on after I had purchased the car.
Don’t know how to begin . My wife and I are in our 60s, we are completely amazed..! We have never met a person Quite like you. You have Just demonstrated more genuine integrity and courtesy than we have ever experienced in our lives..!

There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
Just bought a used Ford F-250. Very, very smooth transition. I’m not used to this kind ohhf car dealership. They don’t push you into your decision and I appreciate that! 2/12 hour drive from Lafayette Indiana well worth it! I’ll definitely be doing Business with them again for my next vehicle purchase! I have looked for an 2004-2005 Envoy XUV for years under 100k miles. They had one, but they are 3 hours from where i live. They were helpful with extra pics and made me feel secure that this vehicle was in excellent condition. Well they were correct, this vehicle was in almost new condition with 83,000 miles. The only thing that didnt work was the CD player, which was the least of my worries. It was well worth the trip.
The lot was full with other prime used cars also. we will probably go back when we need a second car.
I have taken my 2006 Range Rover to Howard Orloff dealer on several occasions and received great customer service from Ikram but the mechanics are careless and don't pay attention to detail. My truck was there for almost 2 months, only to receive it back with the engine cover in my trunk. I had to place it back on the engine myself and after taking my truck back in to address some sensors. I asked Ikram to make sure the mechanics mount my engine cover from the previous visit. I received my truck on yesterday afternoon and last night took a look under the hood, only to find the cover had not been mounted. I shouldn't have to go under the hood to verify that work has been done. Careless!
