A bit different than the atypical dealership being in the middle of a large and busy city, but that doesn't stop the customer service from shining through. I'd highly recommend for purchase of a new or used vehicle.
We drove 245 miles to Monarch Ford and the trip was worth every mile of it. After talking with our salesman Kevin several times on the phone prior to the trip we agreed upon a price without any haggling. When at the dealership Jack spent over two hours with us while I went over every inch of the truck in their shop. We were treated with professionalism and patience. I give Monarch my highest recommendation.
I came here looking for a car I saw online, Mike found it fast, took it for a ride. The car had an unsual sound but the guys did a great job taking care of it a few days later. Buying the car was fast and easy. Everybody was very helpful and honest. The car is 2011 but is in amazing condition.
I happen into this dealership nearly on a whim. I drove out about an hour later with my all time dream car! Ryan treated me very fairly, and provided a reasonable trade in value. I’ve bought and sold 63 cars now; this experience was as good as it gets! Also, the car was detailed to a very high degree. I had a 1000 trip home, and in checking it over before departing, all fluids were spot on, and air pressures on each tire were spot on to the pound! Good on you guys!
My wife and I were assisted immediately after entering the sales floor. Liam Berry was very polite and personable. Liam made us feel comfortable and welcome. He assisted us with the vehicles we were interested in and was able to answer all our questions immediately. Liam was familiar with all the features and options for our models and helped us understand the options and similarities/differences between the models. When we decided to pursue purchasing options, Liam had that covered as well. He presented options for all models we were interested in for purchase and lease with apples to apples comparisons. We never felt like we were being pressured to make a choice that was good for the dealership. When it came time to complete paperwork, Jennifer Holish was was ready and thorough. The paperwork was complete in no time and everything was explained in detail before signatures were taken. Compared to our previous vehicle purchases, this was a very enjoyable - yes, enjoyable - experience. We are completely satisfied with the option we selected and will definitely return for our next purchase. We had our previous Volvo serviced with Volvo of Lisle and will return there for service with our new Volvo.

We were able to get all of the negotiating out of the way, appropriate paperwork done, and in full agreement before I even sniffed the door at the dealership. I was in and out of the place in less than 2 hours. When was the last time did someone ever buy a car from a dealer in that kind of time? Probably no one. I bought a pre-owned one year old XC60 from Brian Mchayle. I stopped in to look at a vehicle that I saw online but Brian suggested the one that I purchased and I am so happy that he did. I was an extremely difficult and indecisive customer but Brian was patient with me the whole time. He never acted like a "salesman" at all but he was persistent (which was what I needed). I ended up picking the vehicle up at the very end of the day and Brian and his team never made me feel bad about them having to stay late for me. I've purchased a lot of luxury vehicles at a lot of dealerships over the years and I have to say that Brian and his team at Steingold are top notch all the way. The car was spotless when I picked it up as well. Very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend that you stop in an see Brian if you are in the market for a Volvo.
