My experience with Tony at JC Auto Sales was excellent. I have been shopping for a used car for my son for 4 months, and visited almost a dozen different used car dealers. Tony and the staff at JC were BY FAR the most professional and honest people I dealt with during the process. From my first visit, to the test drive, thru the follow-up process, to the final negotiations and agreement on the work to be done prior to purchase - Tony was professional, courteous, respectful, honest and very proactive in his communication. He got all the work done on the car we wanted, and was fair in negotiation the final price. He also let me take the car off his lot, to my mechanic 30 miles away - have my mechanic inspect it, and then return the car 5 hours later. All the work my mechanic stated that needed to be done, Tony got done. No issues, no snark, no dishonest behavior. My son is now the proud owner of a Mazda CX9 that we bought from Tony - and I can't thank Tony enough for how great he was during the entire process. The used car business is a tough business - with a lot of shady characters out there. Tony is truly the exception. If you value honesty, professionalism, courtesy and respect in the car buying process - do yourself a favor and check out JC Auto Sales. Based on my experience - and I am a tough man to please - I can't recommend them highly enough.

I just bought my 5th car from Rebecca and Cambridge Honda and would not go anywhere else. Rebecca is always helpful and thoughtful when discussing buying and/or trading; she does not push nor does she put any pressure on to act. Rebecca understands that buying a new car can be stressful and she is a great guide through the process. Rebecca also takes the time to make sure a person KNOWS the car they are buying in terms of making sure it is exactly what they want/what is good for them. I know this from personal experience having just traded a 2011 Honda CR-V for a 2017 Honda CR-V. The new car is bigger and "fancier" and Rebecca made sure I was comfortable with my choice and guided me through the technology!!!!! Rebecca: you are the best! I love the care I get not only in the purchasing part of Honda, but the service center, as well. I always am completely satisfied with my vehicle service (Thanks, Joe) and know things have been done well. After an unplanned for 'death' of our beloved minivan, we set out to find a replacement vehicle. The goal - find a used vehicle in good condition with as few miles as possible, AWD/4WD and some sort of warranty - oh yeah, 10k, or less. This was no easy feat given our current financial situation and the market for used vehicles. After combing through a ton of listings online, my wife and I narrowed it down and started visiting dealerships. If you have ever visited used car lots, you will know what I am saying when I tell you that many of them (at least the ones we visited) do not seem to care much about the vehicles they sell, or their customers. The pictures and descriptions did NOT match what we saw and drove in person - not that cosmetics were the top priority, but a car on the lot should be clean and not filled with candy wrappers and food particles, or a rodents nest under the intake manifold. Sheesh. After several unsuccessful and disappointing visits to lots, I drove out to Direct Auto Team to look at a 2008 Jeep Liberty. First impressions - I pulled in and looked at the vehicles on the lot. They were ALL clean. The prices were competitive. The vehicle I was looking at exceeded expectations - low miles, fair price, and super freakin clean. Nick took me for a test drive and the Jeep was perfect - so I met with Dimitry to talk money. Because of our financial woes, I worried that with the money we had to put down, we would not be able to finance, but they work with many creditors and with some considerable effort (thanks again D), Dimitry was able to secure financing to include a 5yr 100k extended warranty. Direct Auto Team also handles the registration process. My wife and I were able to go back the next day to pick up our 'new to us" Jeep Liberty. From start to finish, this process went as smoothly as possible and I enjoyed getting to know Dimitry while there. Good place - good people. Needless to say, we are very happy and highly recommend Direct Auto Team. Even if you do not see exactly what you are looking for, give them a call and I am betting they can find it for you. My second Volvo XC90, and totally enjoyable every day, from the comfortable leather seats, fully appointed and feature rich interior, and fantastic sound system with all of the latest electronic and wireless features integrated into the car. Excellent handling, safe and ergonomic all around. An awesome expression of Swedish design elegance.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Plain and simple this is a great dealership. I have bought and sold over a dozen cars and this was easily my favorite transaction. I wanted a fun, reliable, cheap commuter car and they had a great selection. You can tell they handpick and sell interesting cars for people who actually like cars, not just random junk from an auction. Nick was honest, informative, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Dmitri was great as well. I had not intended to trade in my car, but they gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. They had me in and out in no time, even with the 2 transactions. There was a small mechanical issue with the car I purchased that they promised to fix before I picked the car up, which they did. There was also a small discrepancy in the price I realized a few days AFTER the purchase (no ones fault) which the were happy to correct immediately. The way they handled these issues shows me they are committed to keeping their word and care about having happy customers. I told them I'd be back! Thanks again guys.

Y first Volvo was a 144 - 1968. 2nd - 142 1970. Next I purchased 2 1973 142E’s. The first was in an accident. The second was purchased as it’s replacement. 1980’s, 1990’s, 2000’s. About 12 in total. I any had 2 limited 262C s.

So I???m the type of person who does my research on things; I rarely walk into something, especially a large purchase blind. Myself and my boyfriend started looking into cars and more so car dealerships a few months back. Having previous car buying experiences, along with listening to many car purchasing horror stories of: all day affairs haggling, walking in and out of the dealership, harassing bartering phone calls???reminds me of the day in a life of a dysfunctional relationship, I was all set with that thanks! A car is an extremely large purchase, and for us it was the biggest purchase we???ve made together thus far, and who wants to start such a life event on that type of note? So when I was doing my research I stumbled upon S & E Auto which just happened to be right in our new neighborhood, and the reviews on Yelp were stellar with highlights of feeling no pressure, comfortable, and even someone feeling compelled to write a review even though they didn???t end up buying a car there! So we went by to check the place and cars out. First and most importantly, we weren???t bombarded when we drove into the parking lot. I swear some dealerships must have super spy telescopic cameras that spot you from a mile down the road, or maybe it???s the sales sharks who smell car seekers blood from a mile away. We actually walked around the parking lot and when we were ready to ask questions we went inside and spoke with Chris. He was personable and answered our questions. He didn???t lead us to the most expensive car on the lot, actually quite the opposite, he let us lead and gave his honest input on certain cars and what he thought would fit our needs as well as what cars would be of the best overall value. Whoa, right? We didn???t buy a car that day, we drove a few and then went home. No pressure to sit down and talk numbers, literally walked around the lot, chatted, drove cars and went home. We visited a few other places and actually went back multiple times to S&E as well as their sister dealership???or maybe it???s their cousin dealership seeing as the owners of both are cousins ;)???great story there too if you check out their website. But each time we visited there were no sighs that we were yet back again, there was still no pressure, it was very laid back and we were treated like equals, and weren???t hounded and treated like a minnow in the midst of a money hungry shark that hadn???t eaten in months. We knew from the first time we went to S & E that we really wanted to buy a car there, we just had to figure out which one best fit our needs and budget. I can whole heartedly say that I truly feel they gave us the best all around deal they possibly could and offered us worthwhile extras that we couldn???t of gotten elsewhere like an awesome protection plan that covers more than you could imagine. The whole experience was actually enjoyable and rather quick and another bonus was we dealt with one person from start to finish! Which I???ve never seen or even heard of before. After we decided on the car Chris went over in detail number scenarios with us for about a half hour, answering all our questions, we then slept on it and came back the next day and signed all the papers which took less than an hour and then picked up the car 2 days later! There were no last minute surprises either! I think Chris was just as excited as us the day we picked up the car! He also sat with us and gave us a tutorial on the electronics and helped to sync my smartphone to the car. I would more than recommend S & E to anyone and everyone who is considering buying a new vehicle. This is the place to go and when it???s time to purchase a new vehicle we will definitely be back! If you end up stopping by tell them Becky and Mike sent you! Now time for us to ride off into the sunset in our 2015 Ford Fusion....

Most comfortable car I’ve had!

Great to have optional third row. Use it to separate kids on long car rides. Back rows good for average kids, not tall ones, tight leg and head space for tall adults. Love front seats and visibility. Great travel car.
