Visited Hgreg Orlando last Thursday and had the pleasure of working with Alex and Sigrid. Purchased my first car and couldn???t have had an easier experience. Was worried about my credit and didn???t feel judged or pressured at any point. Their dealers aren???t on commission so there is no rushing about or haggling. Still I received a more than fair price for my car and actually found the same car at other dealers for 7-10 grand more so I got a great deal. Hgreg???s approach to car shopping is what I would like to call ???human.??? After 2 days of walking around hot parking lots followed by unscrupulous dealers, I walked into Hgreg 5 hours before they closed not expecting much. At that point, I didn???t even want to buy a car. I was greeted by a beautiful airy facility with air conditioning and relaxing music. Two hosts greeted us, took our information, and connected us with Alex Cortes. The 3 of us sat at a counter where Alex went over the mission statement of the company and then asked us what kind of car we were interested in. I had marked down some cars in advance but he took the time to show us some of their stock online. He was completely transparent and actually showed us the CarFax and v report for every car we were interested in so I could decide in advance if I wanted to even look at the car. While we were chatting, Alex???s manager came by to introduce himself. I was happy not to be in someone???s office or a cubicle- everything was very in the open and transparent- no weird back room dealing with prices. Alex then requested the cars we were interested in to be pulled to the front (their policy is that they can pull 2 at a time) so there is no traipsing all over a hot parking lot while the dealer locates their stock. Talk about professionalism! My husband and I chatted about the pros and cons of the cars while Alex chimed in with good info when necessary. He never interrupted us and it never felt like we couldn???t speak freely about the car. Alex even pointed out little dings or marks because he wants us to be fully aware of what we are purchasing- no surprises 3 days later when you see the car in another light. We fell in love with one car in particular but I needed time to think about it. We said we were going to grab a bite and Alex was so kind about it. He was totally supportive- no stressful comments like ???oh it may not be here when you come back.??? We returned an hour later and purchased the car in a very short time frame. It was near end of business but we were not rushed- everyone at Hgreg loves their job and are truly there to help customers. I???ve heard nightmares about it taking hours to purchase a car but Hgreg???s operation is a smooth one so we were in and out. My husband was trying to add me to his insurance but we experienced a snafu. We were directed to their car insurance expert, Sigrid, who at the end of business was excited to help us and found a policy that cut our costs in half. Alex stayed with us throughout the process ensuring our paperwork was completed in a quick time frame. While they took us through our paperwork, their staff cleaned our car and prepped it for us to take the same day. I will never go anywhere else.

Driving to the location, their was no mistake on where the dealership was. But I really wouldn't call it a dealership, maybe the used car auto mecca. My husband and I walked into the building and it was like nothing we have ever seen. We were greeted by a nice young lady who looked like she may have been training somebody. That is where we met Manny. We went to his station and we chatted about what we are looking for and what we did and did not want in a vehicle. (I didn't want a white car) So he patiently went thru all the cars we liked... there were a lot! Then we went thru the elimination process. I think we were able to get it down to 6 or so. LOL... we get out there and we were looking at all the cars that caught our eyes as well as the ones Manny had helped us pick out. He was so patient and it was blazing hot outside too. So after looking at the cars and eliminated some, we somehow added a few too. We got to test drive a few that made the cut... but there were two cars that I simply loved. A VW CC and a Mercedes C class (darn this one was white.) We really could not decide which one to settle with because they where equally awesome in by book. We called our auto insurance policy to see which would be less, difference of about a dollar. Thought about leg room in the bag. Asked Manny to sit in the back with us, seemed the same in both cars, so no help there. We flipped a coin! But my husband was not 100% sold. So I said fine, lets let the carfax help us. And it was still close. Due to one thing on the carfax with the VW CC, the Benz won. The white car won. Manny looked at me to make sure he heard me correctly, LOL. I told him, "I want the white car." And to top it all off, the music in the background was Michel Jackson's song Black or White. This was the most enjoyable stressful car buying experience I have ever had!

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Hackett at Off Lease Only back in 2015 and have always told people what a great experience it was. No pressure and the process was fast and easy. This time, we found ourselves needing to replace my wife's old 2005 PT Cruiser. We found a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue that we really liked on the Off Lease Only web site, so we printed out the details and headed down to take a look. We walked into the dealership and spotted Sam behind the counter. I called him over, reintroduced myself and gave Sam the details of the vehicle that we were interested in. Sam told us to wait for a moment and he went and got the car for us to test drive. We walked the vehicle to see if we could see any problems and Sam even gave me some pointers on how to spot any areas where repairs could have taken place. Once I was satisfied, we took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Everyone from Sam to the Sales Manager, Perry Guerard, and the Finance Manager Monte Asti, was fantastic to work with. Monte made the finance part of the deal clear and easy. He showed us all of our options in a clear and concise manner so we could make the best choice for our situation. I cannot recommend Sam, his team and Off Lease Only enough. We will definitely be back to do business with them again when the need for a new vehicle arises.

We absolutely love the styling and design of the all new XC 90. After owning several of them in the past my wife will drive nothing else. Unfortunately some of the same flaws with the old designer still there. Wonderful factory warranty we have had it in the shop multiple times and of course they cannot figure out what is wrong. If the car sits for more than a week or so without being driven the battery is dead. The navigation shows we are driving in the middle of water or field often has no idea where we actually are. Again we took it into the mobile dealer and had several issues addressed these two issues Are still the same. Very disappointed in a 60+ thousand dollar car

When I say unbelievable experience that could only have been orchestrated by the Lord, I stand in total amazement and praise simultaneously with the purchase of my Maserati. I have been to many Maserati dealership to test drive the Ghibli over the last 5 months. But the candor and professionalism of the Hgreg team is phenomenal. My experience begins with Marcos Gomez, the sales representative. He was very savvy with the benefits thecHgreg Company extends to the customer. He explained the Hgreg business and its platform. This Canadian idea of massive wholesale of luxury cars predominantly off-lease has transcended the shop and purchase strategy of luxury vehicles. Marco's was patient in making sure I get the desire if my heart. He showed me every vehicle I wanted to review. He did not try to show me any other make or model, other than what I wanted. By the time, I made my mind up on a particular, another customer had their eye on the same vehicle. While I was test driving the vehicle, another couple put a contract on the vehicle. But I just remember telling Marco's during the test drive that if this vehicle belongs to that couple that I'll be okay. I really trust God to know that what is for me no ok ne else would get. Marcos told me not to get upset and remain cool. The process to purchase was taking so long that I decided not to wait. During the wait time, all I can say is that Marcos and I testified about how God had done marvelous things in our lives. But Lord behold! When I pulled out the parking lot giving the car I had test drove to the other couple, another Ghibli popped into my husband news feed showing a Grigio metallic Ghibli with only 10k miles. The other vehicle I was looking at had 3 times as many miles. I immediately called Marcos and ask him to hold this car since they really owed me a favor for waiting so long. Marcos said, "I would hold it but we dont have the car here". We pointed him to the website to view this particular car. He searched the website and said that the car hadn't made it to them yet. But he would go and ask the manager to make sure that I get the first right to review. Well, it took about 2 days for the car to make it to Hgreg from the Maserati dealership. Marcos gave time to get there and it took about another 2 days for me to get there. When I saw this beauty, I could not believe it. God once again gave me the desires of my heart and used Marcos to hold the car until I could return. Now Johnny, the was just as remarkable as he strategized to beat my preapproval from my credit union. Overall Marco's and Johny's attitude about mu purchase was delightful. My prayer for this fast approaching Holiday season is that God continuously show Himself to others as this story win more souls to Christ. Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I bought a 2016 XC 90 T6 Momentum new from the dealer in Jan 2016. I loved it so much in the beginning. It was smooth and quiet and I knew it was one of the safest cars out there. I have 3 kids and we used it as our primary car for family vacations, visiting family out of state and local everything. I am a true soccer mom. But gradually over the al most 3 years we had it it was one thing after another. Some small some major. Tons of recalls and updates. I love over an hour away from the dealer and they were great about getting me a loaner car. But I basically took a full day and sometimes two out of my week to drive it there, wait on it or go do some shopping for a day while it was fixed or updated. Several times I had to leave it for more than one day. Air conditioner never worked good. Was super loud. Defrost only worked on max and was too noisy. Engine would skip out and had the spark plugs serviced or replaced multiple times. The most annoying was this rattle in the front passenger door that sounded like something was loose in there. When you at in that seat it made yo nuts on a longer trip. I asked to have that fixed and after checking it out for a few hours they said after 12k miles that wasn't covered and its would be my own bill. This was my husbands last straw. But I still tried to hang on.IT also had a leaky coolant hose once while my husband was over an hour away at a soccer game with kids and it broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed. I had to go get him and we wasted an entire day. the Biggest issue was the engine light came on multiple times. Each time I would take it in and a few times they said it needed spark plugs and also that they were awaiting a service update from Volvo and actually didn't know how to fix it! while the light was on the engine continued to perform less and less powerful and finally the warranty went off at 50k miles and I was at daughters senior photo shoot an hour away and it smelled awful of smoke and burning. I had to take it back to dealer and they found a hose was leaking coolant again. But engine light was still on and I didn't feel safe driving it. I wrote to Volvo Corp. and complained that now I that the light was on all the time how do I know when a new problem arises that it isn't a new issue? and it isn't covered under warranty anymore so it had to be fixed. They replaced fuel injectors spark plugs AGAIN and said they did a lot of work on it and it was covered. Which I was happy for. I had a new loaner for almost 2 weeks. My husband and I were just over it and finally traded it in on an Audi Q7 this weekend. They need to get this car improved. Maybe the 2017 or 2018 models are better.

We were visiting Orlando from Maryland and had two signs showing on the panel. We had same problem in last August that diagnosed as mis-fire that Honda has extended a warranty for it. We added engine oil in order to drive to the dealer in Maryland. The signs disappeared when we got to that dealer. The dealer scheduled the replacement of an item in engine for 3 days in March of 2018 due to the high waiting list and told us to have it repaired if the signs came out again. We were worried that the dealer in Florida may not be able to fix it quickly as we scheduled to drive to our Maryland home next day. We googled Honda dealers around and found Headquater Honda has high rank thus called and drove there. We were so pleased that we made right decision. Todd, the service representative, made special arrangement to have our Honda Odyssey fixed next day. He also arranged a rental car for us, and called us to inform the status. We really appreciate the high quality work the Todd and Headquater Honda services have done to us.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Orthopaedically dangerous headrests but beautiful!

Super attractive SUV ! BUT , the headrests jam one's neck so far forward, it caused us neck pain, and the dealer ignored us . Any MD or Chiropractor would look at this seat profile and lament it . XC90 performs so well ! It is so lush so plush so atractive. But the neck pain is a deal breaker . Also just to change the station or adjust the fan/AC/heat is a 4 step process on a screen = major distracted driving !! Love 90% of this vehicle ; but the above is a deal breaker . Hope it improves for future or will never buy one again.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Do not buy R-Design if you have a car seat.

Drove a XC90 R-Design and liked this vehicle a lot. Seemed to have a great amount of rear legroom. Then we tried putting an infant car seat in the back. You have to push the front seat up so far that someone can't sit with their legs straight. Tried with a rear-facing toddler seat and the same issue. I cannot believe a car this big has this issue. So if you're looking for SUVs like this and you have a kid in a car seat, you may want to look elsewhere. We couldn't buy it due to this limitation.

Her saleswoman Maria Rivera treated us very well, at no time asked us if we were going to buy a car or not. We did not have any pressure we saw the cars that we liked. We started to do the paperwork without knowing if we were going to make the purchase or not, then Mr. Carlos Rodríguez attended us and he treated us as if he knew us, talked about cars with my husband (still nothing about buying the car) and explained how much they gave us for our car. Mr. Kaslif did a great job, he fought with the banks to get us the best business for us and he succeeded. Thank you. And Mrs. Sigrid was the last person who helped us with the insurance of our car and it was wonderful super nice despite being us the last people who stayed there and already be closed no one pressured us to finish faster and in the end Marcelo accompanied to our new and beautiful Audi, also very nice and attentive. Best car I’ve owned!

My 2014 XC90 Premier-Plus has been a very good car. I bought it used with 25,000 miles 2 years ago and now I have 129,000. I haven’t had a single problem other than regular matinance. I’m hoping it will last 300,000 miles and am pretty confident it will up to this point. I was surpised by how comfortable the car is when I first test drove it before buying. It’s quiet when on the highway. Seats are amazing. Just enough bells and whistles to make one happy. Despite a good sounding mighty roar the engine puts out when accelerating power is extremely inadequate for its size, I wish they put the T6 (3.0 6 Cylinder Turbo 302HP) that is an option in all the other models. The transmission is super smooth and fairly quick reacting. It drives like a tank! I have never driven a car so smooth and firm, even on ice the thing is always planted to the ground, I don’t think I have ever had a problem skidding or brining it to a stop in the snow. I saw a video on YouTube where this guy took it to an icy parking lot at night and pounded the accelerator to the floor, the thing barreled straight forwards as if there were no ice at all! I wouldn’t dare to try it though... I hate it when people say it is outdated because it isn’t really, I think even now it still looks better than most the cars on the road. And don’t even get me started on quality, everything about the car feels solid, taking it off-road wouldn’t be a problem because of its ride height and ruggedness. As much as I’d love to keep it to 300k miles, I love the new 2016-19 XC90. I might eventually trade in for the new version. Anyways, I would highly recommend buying this car to anyone who wants something safe, reliable, comfortable, and is willing to sacrifice a little bit of power for all of the good things about the car. VOLVO FOR LIFE!

Have not owned the car long but so far am happy with it overall. I’m not thrilled with the console design - awkward compartments and frustrated with the blue tooth - sometimes it connects sometimes not. Car rides nicely and is comfortable and love all of the safety features.

If you are looking for a real safe, reliable, fuel economic, great autonomy, comfortable and user-friendly car, try one XC90 Volvo. I've been driving cars for more than sixty years in my life and only a few years ago I bought a C70 Volvo (hard top convertible) as a second car and felt in love with it. Then I decided to try one XC60 as our primary car. Then exchanged for another XC60, when we decided to stay with volvo cars. By the end of last year, we switched to one XC90 to test and are very happy with it.
