This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. This is my third and my wife???s second Mazda leased/financed through Tasca. Bayo Dina is the best car salesman with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. He is patient and does not push the sale. The first time I purchased a Mazda from Tasca, the CX-5 was the first car in its class that I test drove. Bayo allowed me to just walk out when I explained to him that I wanted to do my homework by test driving many vehicles, but he added, ???You???ll be back for this car.??? He was right, and I just leased my third Mazda, a 2018 Mazda CX-9. His honesty is by far his greatest strength (which is not common of car salesmen). When I was browsing for a CX-9 back in July, Bayo looked into my current lease and explained that due to the negative equity in the current vehicle, it wouldn???t make sense to drive one car while paying for two. Most salesmen wouldn???t have explained that and would have just wrapped that negative equity into a new lease payment. My kids love him so much they often want to go visit him when they have a day off from school. He makes you feel like part of the Tasca family. Shop at Tasca, and ask for Bayo. The finance department does everything in their power to get you the best payment possible, and Bernie is an amazing sales manager, willing to work with you on your wants/needs.

Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. When I returned to pick up my readily vehicle it was Mario???s day off and he went out of his way to meet me at the dealership I felt so bad for making him wait for me as I kept changing the time and by the time I got there we were unable to take a picture together I felt so horrible but this gentleman, Jose Garcia filled in for him and took care of us. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. We absolutely love the styling and design of the all new XC 90. After owning several of them in the past my wife will drive nothing else. Unfortunately some of the same flaws with the old designer still there. Wonderful factory warranty we have had it in the shop multiple times and of course they cannot figure out what is wrong. If the car sits for more than a week or so without being driven the battery is dead. The navigation shows we are driving in the middle of water or field often has no idea where we actually are. Again we took it into the mobile dealer and had several issues addressed these two issues Are still the same. Very disappointed in a 60+ thousand dollar car

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I didn't buy my 2015.5 V60 at Viti, but their service group is great. Easy pull-up and drop-off for service, Peter greeted me quickly and re-affirmed my reason for the visit. My car did have an issue and he explained it to me clearly and said Viti would price match for tires when I mentioned where I get my tires. Free wifi and comfortable waiting area. Even though my service took 90 mins or so, it seem to go by quickly since the waiting area was nice.

I recently purchased a used 2003 Volvo XC70, that had a few diagnostic issues that needed to be verified and addressed. Peter Brown my Service Consultant took excellent care in assuring all the requirements were identified and quoted the replacement costs for the parts and Labor separately. Peter Brown, the service advisor, was exceptional, very responsive to our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. Dave (I believe is his name) in the parts department was also very helpful and courteous. I was also impressed by a gentlemen from sales who overheard Peter and I and took the time to suggest a product to remove a spot on the fabric of the driver's door and actually took the time to test it.

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

I bought a 2016 XC 90 T6 Momentum new from the dealer in Jan 2016. I loved it so much in the beginning. It was smooth and quiet and I knew it was one of the safest cars out there. I have 3 kids and we used it as our primary car for family vacations, visiting family out of state and local everything. I am a true soccer mom. But gradually over the al most 3 years we had it it was one thing after another. Some small some major. Tons of recalls and updates. I love over an hour away from the dealer and they were great about getting me a loaner car. But I basically took a full day and sometimes two out of my week to drive it there, wait on it or go do some shopping for a day while it was fixed or updated. Several times I had to leave it for more than one day. Air conditioner never worked good. Was super loud. Defrost only worked on max and was too noisy. Engine would skip out and had the spark plugs serviced or replaced multiple times. The most annoying was this rattle in the front passenger door that sounded like something was loose in there. When you at in that seat it made yo nuts on a longer trip. I asked to have that fixed and after checking it out for a few hours they said after 12k miles that wasn't covered and its would be my own bill. This was my husbands last straw. But I still tried to hang on.IT also had a leaky coolant hose once while my husband was over an hour away at a soccer game with kids and it broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed. I had to go get him and we wasted an entire day. the Biggest issue was the engine light came on multiple times. Each time I would take it in and a few times they said it needed spark plugs and also that they were awaiting a service update from Volvo and actually didn't know how to fix it! while the light was on the engine continued to perform less and less powerful and finally the warranty went off at 50k miles and I was at daughters senior photo shoot an hour away and it smelled awful of smoke and burning. I had to take it back to dealer and they found a hose was leaking coolant again. But engine light was still on and I didn't feel safe driving it. I wrote to Volvo Corp. and complained that now I that the light was on all the time how do I know when a new problem arises that it isn't a new issue? and it isn't covered under warranty anymore so it had to be fixed. They replaced fuel injectors spark plugs AGAIN and said they did a lot of work on it and it was covered. Which I was happy for. I had a new loaner for almost 2 weeks. My husband and I were just over it and finally traded it in on an Audi Q7 this weekend. They need to get this car improved. Maybe the 2017 or 2018 models are better.

Long review but Im still in shock with how well I was taken care of. This dealership is top notch. Long story short, they helped me get into the car that I wanted and helped me stay within my monthly budget. The basics: -the entire sales team is very friendly and welcoming and not in the "we want your money AND your first born" sort of way -no pushing me into something that I didn't want -no insisting that I "really could" afford a 2017 -very attentive, understanding, and kind salesman Bill Germano Now, the little things that go a looooong way: (in no particular order) -Bill came and picked me up at my home to come and sign paperwork -he stayed well past the time he should have gone home so I could go on a test drive -the night that I drove away with my new wheels, one of my headlamps zonked out. (Not sure if it was like that before I left, or if it happened after) BUT I sent a text and got a reply right away (this was at almost 8 pm, well after close). Called Alan first thing in the morning and was told "come in whenever you can and we will take care of it right away." I did, and they did! I walked in, told the young man (if you read this Im very sorry I didnt catch your name!) at the service counter my name and he said "Oh yes!! We are SO sorry!! I'll take care of that right now!!" 10 minutes, and I was in an out! Plus he gave me a cookie and a water and another very sincere apology!! -Leah in finance helped me immensely to stay within my budget -while signing my paperwork, Alan was very thorough and made sure I understood everything by answering all of my questions. I could keep going. But honestly, after how well this ENTIRE establishment treated me, I don't think that I'll be buying a car from anyone else!

We were searching for well over several months for a used, specific Volvo XC90 trim package under a certified program. I wanted to share my experience that I had with everyone regarding my visit to Herb Chambers Volvo. And my Sales Consultant Patty. Let's get one thing straight I plan months ahead before I ever buy a vehicle. I usually buy used and know exactly where the market is and what I can find. I go look at my top 4 vehicles and once I have seen them I make my decision. However, this time was very different experience from other times. I came into the dealership to see a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had a very good price on it. I met with Patty Young who is by far one of the best Sales Consultants I???ve ever dealt with. She was respectful, knowledgeable, and knows how to deal with customers. She tells you the truth with no sugar coating which is a rare talent. I explained to her I was trying to get out of a lease early on a car I would be racking up crazy miles. Not only did I get a great price on the jeep. They bought out my lease and gave me a deal I couldn???t pass up. I was so impressed I bought the car on the spot! I???m going to be picking up the Jeep in a couple days and I???m very excited. Walked in on a whim, on a Friday afternoon, to check an advertised lease special. I had about 6 months before my current lease was up and so I was in NO rush, but I was curious. I flat out said, "to buy today you'll have to totally blow my doors off; a.k.a. make me an offer I can't refuse." Long story short, I got a new lease that day. I'm still stunned, to be quite honest. This is the first time in my life, ever, that a dealer came back on the SECOND attempt with the exact offer I wanted (and to be fair, the first offer was VERY close). There was almost no negotiating needed. The experience was so good and positive that it made me feel like I was missing something. The old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, then it is," kept repeating in my head. How sad that the auto consumer's brain is trained that way, right? Well, Central is doing all they can (right now) to change the buyer's perspective. I walked in Friday, finalized the deal Saturday, took delivery Tuesday and got a yummy, free steak tip sub along the way, to boot! Vehicle delivery was executed to a "T". Finance Manager Chip and Salesperson Ed, (along with a handful of other great personalities - Wendy the online sales woman, Justin Aptt the paperwork guy etc.) were fabulous to deal with. If you need a new Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, I'd recommend you pop in there this Memorial Day weekend and see what you can do!

Any Volvo owner, nationwide, considering the purchase of a VIP extended warranty should contact (Call or EMail) Steingold Volvo to discuss the available options and pricing with Mike Bernardo and his team. Even though we live in Texas, in the past couple of years we purchased two VIP warranties over the phone with Mike and could not more pleased with Mike's knowledge, responsiveness and commitment to the customer. We just traded our 2009 C70 for a 2013 CPO C70 and even though it was in another state, Mike handled everything needed to cancel the 09's VIP and gave us the best price on the 13's VIP package. If you use service after the sale as a benchmark, you will find none finer than the Steingold team.

This is the same one from my google+ review. Post it here again to express my satisfaction about the new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Got a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe sport 2.0T AWD with ultimate package from them by the end of March 2016. Loved it so much as of today (April 25, 2016, I may not be able to stop posting in the future as my satisfaction continues). Thank Bill Germano and Alan Toti from Hyundai of Newport to make this happen. I have worked with many other Hyundai dealers, but got the best offer from them. Of course, negotiating price won't be easy and you need to do good homework, especially looking at true car price. Dealers want to make profit for a living just as we want to get the best deal with the money we earned by hardworking. I can't make more comments on price negotiation here because in my special case we talked about only one price from the very beginning. Once the price negotiation is done, no more hassles. I was actually preparing other fighting on the price, but nothing happened. They work very efficiently to finish all the paper work, get the registration and the financing. My initial credit application from Hyundai Motor Finance was rejected, but Alan and Bill turned it over. Some other comments: a. Their 'no negative review' on google+ really means something, especially for car dealer business. I don't quite believe it until I made a deal with them. b. Their building is not fancy at all compared with other Hyundai dealership. If you have some hesitation on this (along with many other hesitations when you are a first car buyer, just as me), here is the point: this might be a reason they can offer a more competitive price, because car buyers eventually pay for the fancy buildings. c. Last but not least, give them a try before you get a Hyundai. I may worth your 2 hour driving to get there.

This is our 4th Volvo. All three of the previous Volvos were great cars and this one is even better. We have not experienced any problems with this car. It is well made! We feel safe and secure when driving this car. The safety and convenience features are great.

I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. I was visiting the area, and it was apparent that I would not be in the market for a vehicle, however, my car was not acting correctly, and I had a seven hundred mile trip the next day, so I asked if they could look at my vehicle. Greg Flyn answered the call. He was very courteous and helpful. He said he would get my car in, gave me a loaner, and did a thorough check and service on my vehicle.
