This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Excellent large SUV for the family. From design, to safety and confort. everything exceeded my expectations. And I never thought the offroad capabilities would be even fair. I was really wrong. It proved to have a really capable AWD performance at the desert. Excellent car.

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!

This car is a dream to drive and simply luxurious to travel in. Its by far the best car I have owned and I was so proud of it! I recently was rear ended at high speed by another car while at a signal. The impact was super high. My Volvo took most of the impact and airbags deployed immediately. I received an in car call from Volvo asking if I was ok and if they should call 911 for me. The cop told me that I was lucky to be in a Volvo. The car was totaled but I was completely safe. An hour later I received another follow up call from Volvo asking if I was doing well. You can bet that I am definitely going straight to Volvo to buy another XC90. You can't beat it for beauty, luxury, technology, drive, reliability and above all safety!!

Long review but Im still in shock with how well I was taken care of. This dealership is top notch. Long story short, they helped me get into the car that I wanted and helped me stay within my monthly budget. The basics: -the entire sales team is very friendly and welcoming and not in the "we want your money AND your first born" sort of way -no pushing me into something that I didn't want -no insisting that I "really could" afford a 2017 -very attentive, understanding, and kind salesman Bill Germano Now, the little things that go a looooong way: (in no particular order) -Bill came and picked me up at my home to come and sign paperwork -he stayed well past the time he should have gone home so I could go on a test drive -the night that I drove away with my new wheels, one of my headlamps zonked out. (Not sure if it was like that before I left, or if it happened after) BUT I sent a text and got a reply right away (this was at almost 8 pm, well after close). Called Alan first thing in the morning and was told "come in whenever you can and we will take care of it right away." I did, and they did! I walked in, told the young man (if you read this Im very sorry I didnt catch your name!) at the service counter my name and he said "Oh yes!! We are SO sorry!! I'll take care of that right now!!" 10 minutes, and I was in an out! Plus he gave me a cookie and a water and another very sincere apology!! -Leah in finance helped me immensely to stay within my budget -while signing my paperwork, Alan was very thorough and made sure I understood everything by answering all of my questions. I could keep going. But honestly, after how well this ENTIRE establishment treated me, I don't think that I'll be buying a car from anyone else!

Drove a XC90 R-Design and liked this vehicle a lot. Seemed to have a great amount of rear legroom. Then we tried putting an infant car seat in the back. You have to push the front seat up so far that someone can't sit with their legs straight. Tried with a rear-facing toddler seat and the same issue. I cannot believe a car this big has this issue. So if you're looking for SUVs like this and you have a kid in a car seat, you may want to look elsewhere. We couldn't buy it due to this limitation.

Have not owned the car long but so far am happy with it overall. I’m not thrilled with the console design - awkward compartments and frustrated with the blue tooth - sometimes it connects sometimes not. Car rides nicely and is comfortable and love all of the safety features.

Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. When I returned to pick up my readily vehicle it was Mario???s day off and he went out of his way to meet me at the dealership I felt so bad for making him wait for me as I kept changing the time and by the time I got there we were unable to take a picture together I felt so horrible but this gentleman, Jose Garcia filled in for him and took care of us. He was great very outgoing and funny. Thank you Bourne???s for everything! I would so recommend Bourne???s Auto to my friends and family. Amy Pawloski was the person I initially had contact with she would immediately follow up with me. She reached out to me to let me know of the price dropping. David O was very thorough and took the time to make sure I understood the financial process.

Orthopaedically dangerous headrests but beautiful!

Super attractive SUV ! BUT , the headrests jam one's neck so far forward, it caused us neck pain, and the dealer ignored us . Any MD or Chiropractor would look at this seat profile and lament it . XC90 performs so well ! It is so lush so plush so atractive. But the neck pain is a deal breaker . Also just to change the station or adjust the fan/AC/heat is a 4 step process on a screen = major distracted driving !! Love 90% of this vehicle ; but the above is a deal breaker . Hope it improves for future or will never buy one again.

This is my third and my wife???s second Mazda leased/financed through Tasca. Bayo Dina is the best car salesman with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. He is patient and does not push the sale. The first time I purchased a Mazda from Tasca, the CX-5 was the first car in its class that I test drove. Bayo allowed me to just walk out when I explained to him that I wanted to do my homework by test driving many vehicles, but he added, ???You???ll be back for this car.??? He was right, and I just leased my third Mazda, a 2018 Mazda CX-9. His honesty is by far his greatest strength (which is not common of car salesmen). When I was browsing for a CX-9 back in July, Bayo looked into my current lease and explained that due to the negative equity in the current vehicle, it wouldn???t make sense to drive one car while paying for two. Most salesmen wouldn???t have explained that and would have just wrapped that negative equity into a new lease payment. My kids love him so much they often want to go visit him when they have a day off from school. He makes you feel like part of the Tasca family. Shop at Tasca, and ask for Bayo. The finance department does everything in their power to get you the best payment possible, and Bernie is an amazing sales manager, willing to work with you on your wants/needs.

If you are looking for a real safe, reliable, fuel economic, great autonomy, comfortable and user-friendly car, try one XC90 Volvo. I've been driving cars for more than sixty years in my life and only a few years ago I bought a C70 Volvo (hard top convertible) as a second car and felt in love with it. Then I decided to try one XC60 as our primary car. Then exchanged for another XC60, when we decided to stay with volvo cars. By the end of last year, we switched to one XC90 to test and are very happy with it.

Eric, thanks for the email. I was somewhat concerned with the Lincoln Continental service promised to me when I bought the car. Only because I had 3 Jaguar XJs as well as an XKR so I have been spoiled by top notch service for the past 12 years. This was my first experience with service and I can say that it was 100% perfect. The pick up and delivery was on time and perfect. By the way this car is amazing. I'm a bit of a car nut and I ordered it with everything except the back seat package. It listed out at about $70,500, almost $30,000 less than my last XJ and I like it better. It's a joy to drive and I can't wait to get in it every day.!!!!!!!??😊.

This SUV is incredible. More safety options than imaginable and having the Volvo button much like Onstar is an amazing feature. The kids love the wifi and the panoramic roof. One feature I wish it had was a charging station for my phone. The leather while soft and plush is super sensitive to jeans and leaves mark's on them. I also wish we could have rain guards, volvo doesn't make them but we had aftermarket ones installed. I didn't feel comfortable with the way the window was closing so we removed them. One last recommendation is to order Weather Tech floor mats. While Volvo offers a heavy duty they cannot compete with WeatherTech. I love my Volvo lease.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

What a relief! Tasca???s Mazda dealership was head and shoulders above their competitors???. I first had the pleasure of speaking at length with Sales??? head, Bernie Spann. At that point bad experiences elsewhere had blunted my zeal for Mazdas. Yet I soon realized things were different here. Initially, Bernie struck me as cordial, thorough, honest, succinct, and a great listener. Once he???d referred me to Don Mailloux, one of his senior sales staff, my impressions were confirmed by Bernie???s notes on my previous call. He???d literally caught every salient detail. What I found still more astonishing was Don???s manner: he, too, was a total pro blessed with quite a brain. As if these two weren???t remarkable enough, the whole place was top-notch. They???re just an exemplary group, period. I???m thinking back to my original query, after I???d scoped out their inventory online. What were the prospects of finding me a red, manual 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring hatchback? The gal who answered had connected me with Internet Sales, and later I called them back with other questions. Next came Bernie; then my first advisor in Finance, and then Don. When I opted to go see Don, the first face I met was that of New England???s most-personable greeter, followed by a pair of attentive receptionists. My subsequent progress with Don led to other calls, to my Finance consultant and another in his department. In each case their polite, candid efficiency sped my progress. Ultimately, as promised, Tasca did meet the lowest price quoted elsewhere. Without hesitation, Don ran me a comprehensive spreadsheet. Wow. It was the farthest-possible cry from the ambiguities so rife at other dealerships. (Elsewhere, as I persisted in asking one sales manager how where he was getting his numbers, he actually said, ???You???re making this much harder than it has to be,??? which I took as present-day code for, ???Don???t worry your pretty little head about that.???) In short, Tasca made my choice an easy one. Indeed, when it came time to sign everything, Carl Tasca himself stopped by. (His father had done business with mine years ago. Carl chose to say hello, then spent awhile discussing life in a family business. Later, too, he twice made a point of ensuring I???d ???be satisfied,??? ??? as his dad used to say.) And nothing???s changed since I made my decision. I had questions about the gear ratios: Don reached out to the head of Service, then shared his finding. (Namely, that my gas-scrimper gear box bears little resemblance to my old Rx-7???s.) So what???s the upshot of my having researched, price-shopped, repeatedly test-driven, accepted, taken home and then upgraded one element (which shipped in later)? I wish I???d gone to Tasca Mazda on Day One. Truly, they???re a class act. Warmest thanks to everyone there, Tasca!

Eric made my buying experience so easy, compared to other experiences I have had at other dealerships. Eric didn???t just stop at selling me the truck, afterwards Eric made sure my remote starter was installed in a timely manner and also stayed on top of the DMV to get my veterans plates. Eric Lima is the most professional salesman I have ever dealt with. When it came to finance my truck Rob Bernier was able to get me a great loan at a great percentage rate. Usually financing is the most painful ordeal when buying a vehicle, but Rob mad the entire experience painless, quick, and actually the best experience I ever had. Love everything about my 2016 Mazda Mazda6 Grand Touring starting with the great price (love the no haggle policy, the prices are great to begin with), how smooth it drives, the power, the looks, everything!!! My salesman Mike is great, not your typical high pressure type car salesman, and I say "is" because he didn't just disappear on me once the car was paid for. I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!

Had brought my car to my local mechanic due to the fan not working at full power for a/c, heat and defroster. I was told that this was due to an issue with the heater core, and that repairs would cost at least $1000. I had bought a car from Tasca previously, and recalled their their services, as well as when my fiancee had purchased a used car from Pre-Owned Factory, and Tasca was able to get her car back on the road, I decided to ask Tasca for 2nd opinion. They said it could be one of two possible things causing this, but that it wasn't the heater core, and wouldn't cost around $1000. After scheduling an appointment to drop off the car, I was greeted at the door, and made arrangements for a rental car so that I could get to work in Lincoln. On day two I was told that there had been a delay due to another car being worked on, but that mine would be looked at either later that day or the following day. I later got another call to tell me that my car had been looked at, had been diagnosed, and that the cost would be about half as what I had been quoted by my mechanic. The following morning I got a call at work stating that the work was done, and that I could pick up the car that afternoon. The fan is running at full power once again. I had bought a Mercury Sable back in '10. I now own a Ford Edge, and had been given a Ford Escape as the rental. When the time comes to replace the Edge, I just might consider a return to Tasca to purchase an Escape !

I didn't buy my 2015.5 V60 at Viti, but their service group is great. Easy pull-up and drop-off for service, Peter greeted me quickly and re-affirmed my reason for the visit. My car did have an issue and he explained it to me clearly and said Viti would price match for tires when I mentioned where I get my tires. Free wifi and comfortable waiting area. Even though my service took 90 mins or so, it seem to go by quickly since the waiting area was nice.

So glad my mom and I took the drive out to Tasca the other day. While making up my mind about a car at another dealer (who I had a TERRIBLE experience with, and who shall not be named) I saw a 2015 Chevy Spark online and had a feeling I had to jump on it. From the moment I walked in I knew that my experience at Tasca would be different. I asked Richard Park to help me (also a nice change, I HATE being hounded by car sales people!) find the car and he set me up right away for a test drive. Liked the car, it was within my budget, and so we decided to go for it. While I understand that the price, being a used car, wasn't negotiable, I liked how Richard and all of the other associates there offered a range of financing options. Ie, what the price may look like depending on how much money you put down, obtaining a as many quotes as possible on insurance to save you money, checking with however many banks to get a good loan rate, and on top of that, the range of your monthly payment depending on how much extra warranty you buy, IF you decide to do so. They all want to make sure that not only are you happy with your purchase, but that you absolutely understand the finances; they are NOT trying to pull fast ones on you. My experience at Tasca was super professional and transparent from beginning to end, and my mother and I were very impressed. My mother even said she will definitely come back when she wants to look for a car next year, and will purposefully look for Richard for help, and even my boyfriend will consider making the trip from Boston when he decides to buy a car. I totally understand the 98% approval rate for Tasca on this site- good business equals happy customers!
