I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). Car wouldn't start. Called dealership and they had battery in stock said to bring the car. After roadside assistance jumped it took it to dealership. Thought i'd have it that evening but did not. Called and said I needed it by 10 am next morning and was disappointed I couldn't even find out what was really wrong with car. Sam assured me that I would have it by the morning. It was ready and clean when I picked it up and Sam did an amazing job of giving me exceptional service. It was battery and a few other things.

Junior at Napelton is the absolute best representative for the dealership as well as Mercedes. I have purchased 8 different Mercedes from various dealers; I have found the only dealer I will use going forward.
This is the 4thcar we’ve purchased from this dealer and the 3rd from Larry Sweis. the overall experience continues to be excellent and we recommend both Subaru’s and International to anyone who is considering a purchase.
I had a great experience with Subaru. I walked in expecting to purchase a used vehicle, and after Ammar (sales) compared the cost of New versus Used, NEW won! Ammar (sales) , Mike (manager) and Bob (finance) were all very helpful and willing to work with me in regards to my trade-in. I would recommend this facility to other new and/or old Subaru drivers. I really enjoy driving my new Outback and can't wait to take a long road trip. This is day two of owning my new Outback and handles the expressway beautifully. While driving down the expressway today, I had to swerve to avoid hitting a very large piece of a semi tire. I was a bit shaken up, but the Outback handled the maneuver beautifully and i believe if it would have been any other type of vehicle I would have swerved and possibly lost control. Glad to be writing this review today. Great car, great dealership, and great experience.
Saw a flyer at Costco in Memphis, TN about the Auto Program. Found no Authorized Dealer for Subaru’s in the Memphis area. Travelled to Northern Illinois after finding International Imports in Tinley Park, IL. Visited the dealership on Tuesday July 31st, to see if Crosstrek’s were in stock. Met Ken Voogt, asked questions about the vehicle and was provided the Costco Auto Program price for the Crosstrek I saw. My intention was to research, compare, but not buy that day. No sales pressure, all of my questions were answered, the Crosstrek sold itself. Returned on Thursday Aug 2nd and purchased the 2018 Crosstrek. Very positive buying experience. Ken Voogt knows Subarus!
I am very impressed with Larry Sweis sale consultant at International Subaru. He is great to work. If you need a new Subaru then Larry is your guy. Very Impressed with the build quality of Subaru Safety.
