My repair contact, max, was one of the most helpful i have experienced in the service—customer interface. My car (2007 FIT) certainly didn’t look great nor were the functioning systems healthy. Two experiences here in Green Vally I have felt were a rip off. Yet, based on my request to “check tires and equipment” set me up to expect a quick review and a go head to go north. I was amazed in my acceptance to the diagnosis an repair needs of the Fit. I had dealt with you folks before and was very confident I would get an honest assessment and very high quality service job. Max identified 13 significant service needs. The bootom line was costly for a retiree but I never hesitated or worried about road problems. I took off to flag and the next day to Gallup moving like my porch-like fit. You have combined all the elements of a great company- honesty, speed and a fair price.

Dominick, Steve and Jevon were amazing! I picked up my new XC40 and discovered that a feature I thought I was getting was not in the car. I called up Dominick and he immediately promised me he would take care of this. Within an hour he called me back and had another car located that not only had everything I wanted in it but more. I went back to the dealership the next day and had another new car ready for me that was even better than the first. Dominick is the consummate professional! A sales person couldn't care more about your happiness! I never like paper work but Steve made the whole process painless (twice). Jevon knows the technical side of the car like the back of his hand and was able to explain (twice) everything in a way that was easy to absorb. Absolutely, the ONLY place to go for your new car!

Had a great experience purchasing my 2019 XC60 from Dominick at Volvo Bridgewater. You can tell Dominick cares about providing great customer service, he's extremely professional, and he goes out of his way to make sure you get the best deal you can on your purchase. My husband and I were looking for an SUV. We literally looked at every car type and every dealership from NYC to NJ. The team at Bridgewater Volvo, specifically Dominick DiFalco, gave us an experience that felt very authentic, and genuine. Being a female I hate feeling like I am not being taken seriously and I hate feeling pressure. Dominick made my experience truly fun and was very informative but not pushy. He seemed to truly care that I would walk away with a good experience as well as a car that fit my needs. He told me everything I needed to know. He didn't play games during the negotiating process and he was an absolute gentleman. He even brought me flowers when I cam to pick yup the car. The day we went in to look at the car we were not expecting to walk out with one. We did solely based on how right it felt to deal with Dominick as well as being in an AMAZING car!!! (XC90 - killer car!!) Everyone in this dealership went out of their way to make us feel "part of their family." We will be back to this dealership for all future purchases.

We were looking for a used XC90, and we were very pleasantly surprised to find a team at Bridgewater Volvo that was extremely friendly, competent and helpful! Not only did we find our desired car, but Dominick Difalco was very knowledgeable, listened attentively to all our wishes and comments, answered all our questions and took the initiative on several important details we never expected. Together with his colleague Steve Dolly, they form a class act, managed to get us out of the lease on our previous car, arranged new financing and they did all the paperwork right then - which allowed us to leave the same evening with our dream car! They stayed late, well after hours, and both went "beyond the call of duty". Having recoiled from arrogance and aloofness at other Volvo dealers in NY state, we found Dominick and Steve practicing old-fashioned, but all too rare, "service to the client" of the highest caliber. We had our two kids (6 and 8 years old) with us, and the entire experience was stress-free and no pressure. What a class act - they both deserve recognition at Bridgewater Volvo! We will recommend Dominick and Steve to all our friends, and VOLVO USA would be well served to promote these two gentlemen as role models throughout ther dealer network.

The best car buying experience in my life! Ben Evans assisted me with my initial online research on my 2017 S60 Inscription and was instrumental in arranging my initial visit. Ben and Dominick DiFalco both stayed late at Bridgewater Volvo so that I could look at and purchase my car. This went above and beyond. When I returned two days later to finalize the deal Dominick and Steve had all of the paperwork completed, my Volvo phone app set up and I was driving home much sooner than expected. Dominick provided a thorough explanation of the functions of my new Volvo and I left as a confident owner. Dominick's follow ups have been wonderful and he always has the answer to my questions. My wife and I decided to drop in to Bridgewater Volvo 's dealership given we were considering replacing my wife's car. As we were looking over the cars on the lot, Dominick DiFalco approached us, introduced himself, and offered his assistance. We returned and began the process of negotiating the purchase. From the first steps to the last - Dominick proved to be a true professional, considerate, knowledgeable, considerate of our time, and most importantly, willing to go the extra mile. We decided that based on the S90 model we wanted that we would need to look into the process of selecting from available inventory. I returned with a list of the available cars in our order of priority and Dominick and general manager Al Cologna took the baton and began the arduous process of negotiating with the dealer involved. It was this commitment to us that had us cross the line and consider replacing my car at the same time. Once again we began our search with Dominick and once again decided that existing inventory for the XC90 was the way to go. Here again Dominick and Al went to bat for us and achieved an A+++ grade in that they were able to negotiate and secure the exact models we wanted - our prime options!!. We picked up the cars on the same day and at that time met with Steven Dolly - business manager, and dotted the "i's" and crossed the "t's". Steven proved to be extremely knowledgeable as we went over the extended services available for us to purchase. His ability to explain everything in detail and to work with us made it easy and resulted in our acquiring those services we felt were value added. Overall we can't say enough about the great experience we had - something that in current times is more elusive than winning Lotto - although we did win when it comes to selecting Dominick, Al, Steven and the entire team at Bridgewater Volvo. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Drove a XC90 R-Design and liked this vehicle a lot. Seemed to have a great amount of rear legroom. Then we tried putting an infant car seat in the back. You have to push the front seat up so far that someone can't sit with their legs straight. Tried with a rear-facing toddler seat and the same issue. I cannot believe a car this big has this issue. So if you're looking for SUVs like this and you have a kid in a car seat, you may want to look elsewhere. We couldn't buy it due to this limitation.

Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. Kyle LeSueur had lined this all up (thank you!) and then Steven came out to greet me! Totally floored me and could not have been happier to catch up and laugh about a few more grey hairs, both of us. Have not owned the car long but so far am happy with it overall. I’m not thrilled with the console design - awkward compartments and frustrated with the blue tooth - sometimes it connects sometimes not. Car rides nicely and is comfortable and love all of the safety features.

I had the pleasure of buying our first family vehicle in 2015 from Licia at Volvo of Tempe. As my wife and I began our search in the spring of 2015, we started to land on the new 2016 Volvo XC90. The only problem was for as much as there was available online with videos, written first impressions, previews, etc, the car was just not available anywhere in the US to test drive. I reached out to Volvo of Tempe and came in contact with Licia who kept us up-to-date on when their first models would arrive on the lot for a test drive. The moment the first test drive model arrived into Volvo of Tempe, my wife and I took an initial test drive and were hooked. Licia and the rest of the team were very accommodating throughout the entire test drive process allowing us to come back to the dealership multiple times to test drive additional 2016 XC90 models that had more of the bells and whistles my wife and I were looking for (ie: B&W sound package, HUD, Inscription package, etc). Additionally we placed our order through Licia for an overseas delivery at their factory in Gothenburg, Sweden which she was very knowledgeable in. Overall the ordering process, even for an OSD was extremely easy (locked in public pricing). After our initial order was placed, we booked our tickets to go to Sweden and picked up the car at the factory about 3 months later. We had a trip of a lifetime with about 1000 road miles in Europe and turned the car back into the factory where it was shipped to the Tempe dealership and arrived about a month later. We took the car in for an upgrade of the Volvo Sensus connect once the Apple Carplay came out and the car spent less than a day in the shop. Overall we've been very happy with the ordering and service experience (including the OSD delivery in Sweden), and would highly recommend anyone interested in a Volvo to do the same overseas process and purchase through our awesome Internet sales agent Licia for their next new car! If you are looking for a real safe, reliable, fuel economic, great autonomy, comfortable and user-friendly car, try one XC90 Volvo. I've been driving cars for more than sixty years in my life and only a few years ago I bought a C70 Volvo (hard top convertible) as a second car and felt in love with it. Then I decided to try one XC60 as our primary car. Then exchanged for another XC60, when we decided to stay with volvo cars. By the end of last year, we switched to one XC90 to test and are very happy with it.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I have worked with Jud in service and find him to be friendly and efficient. I bought a New XC 90 yesterday and did it with no pressure from Steve Kramer, Jack or or Shaun. If I were the owner this is the kind of dealership I would be proud to own. I appreciated that it didn't require the salesman to make 3-4 trips to the manager (Jack) to ok a proposal. yes I would recommend this group as well as Leisa who I was impressed with as well.

This SUV is incredible. More safety options than imaginable and having the Volvo button much like Onstar is an amazing feature. The kids love the wifi and the panoramic roof. One feature I wish it had was a charging station for my phone. The leather while soft and plush is super sensitive to jeans and leaves mark's on them. I also wish we could have rain guards, volvo doesn't make them but we had aftermarket ones installed. I didn't feel comfortable with the way the window was closing so we removed them. One last recommendation is to order Weather Tech floor mats. While Volvo offers a heavy duty they cannot compete with WeatherTech. I love my Volvo lease.

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

I am looking forward to my next road trip in my new XC90. I look for places to drive. It handles well in the snow and rain. I feel safe with my children and grandchildren in the car, but more importantly it is big enough for everyone to have their own space :-).

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I traded my Range Rover Evoque for this vehicle and this vehicle has everything I loved about the Range Rover and more. The driving experience and comfort of this vehicle is amazing. The simplicity of the touch screen is a definite plus as well as all the other features. It's a very modern, fun vehicle to drive.

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

I love this car! I just wish there was more storage space inside for stuff (sunglasses, Kleenex, etc.) Then drive is smooth; the pick-up is quick. I enjoy this car a lot.

I bought in early December a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Truck from Vroom after going to a few local dealers here in Phoenix, AZ. All what happened was the games they played and wasting my time. I know there is some of that unfortunately when buying a vehicle. I am in my 50's so I am not new to buying cars. But buying a car off the internet is something I had never done prior to Vroom. I did my homework and read many reviews. Obviously there are many negative reviews so I wanted to let readers know my experience. So after finding the truck I wanted I put the $500 down and then both verbally and via email. I told/wrote to my Sale Rep Tramaine, and his boss (the Sales Manager) Stephen that my concern of all the negative reviews. They told me the volume of cars they sell on a monthly basis, being a business man myself, I could see how there could be some negative reviews. I told them every business has it challenges just don't ignore me or the problem if it arises. I can say several things with full confidence: I was kept in the loop of communication, even when the truck had to have a minor touch up paint job. I received the truck in a timely manner, the truck was in excellent shape. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the written description. Most important my price was significantly less than any local dealers and on top of that NO HASSLE AND NO BS. My next purchase in a car is going to Vroom first and probably will never step foot on another car lot in my life.

Excellent large SUV for the family. From design, to safety and confort. everything exceeded my expectations. And I never thought the offroad capabilities would be even fair. I was really wrong. It proved to have a really capable AWD performance at the desert. Excellent car.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I have had this car for about a month now, and I love it. I went for the 316hp T-6, and I am glad that I did. It is fun to drive. I got it with the air suspension and when you put it in Dynamic mode is does not feel like the 7 passenger SUV that it is. That "can do" spirit from the supercharged and turbocharged 4 cylinders mated with the "I got a gear for that" smooth shifting 8-speed automatic just makes you smile. It feels and handles like a sports car. The Bowers & Wilkins stereo is worth it! I hear sounds from old tunes that I have never heard before. I got a great deal on it as well. It is a luxury car and worth every dollar! PS - it is also my truck, I haul stuff in it and with both rear rows folded a lot of stuff, and it cleans up great for a night out.

We had been looking for a Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD for a few months and just weren't having any luck at the dealers. They either were priced too high with ridiculously high mileage or the truck was in terrible shape. I found a truck on Vroom and asked if it was still available, when I received my call back I was at work and couldn't answer. My husband and I were on way to the grocery store and decided what the heck, let's call back and see what they say. Bri answered and said the truck we inquired about was sold but she had a different one. She sent photos, CARFAX and all the necessary info. We said LET'S DO IT! and the process was smooth and fast. We were told 10-14 days for delivery and the truck arrived in 2! Amazing experience all around. Thank you all so much for your help. We love our new truck!!!

Vroom is great because going into car dealerships is a complete friggin nightmare where you have to battle your xxx off to not get scammed.(and I still lose) Vroom had a huge selection of newer used vehicles to choose from; you don't haggle over price, just do your homework on the price to see if it looks in line. (KBB)They also lined up financing with a very good interest rate, everything was transparent, not a bunch of hidden xxxxxxxx with trade ins, extended warranties to buy, maintenance plan tricks...etc. Delivery did take a little longer than they estimated, but no biggie, they delivered our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and other than it being dusty from the trip, it looked GREAT. Feels brand new and it has 40,000 miles, looks just like it did in the pictures. They also set up the registration and I got tags/license plate in the mail. I think they're super and I'll be buying another car in the next few months from them again. I HOPE this is the future of car buying and companies like this are profitable and stay in business.

This is my 2nd XC90. Everything about the car is great, except for the Sensus system, which is very cumbersome (and dangerous) to use when driving.
