My repair contact, max, was one of the most helpful i have experienced in the service—customer interface. My car (2007 FIT) certainly didn’t look great nor were the functioning systems healthy. Two experiences here in Green Vally I have felt were a rip off. Yet, based on my request to “check tires and equipment” set me up to expect a quick review and a go head to go north. I was amazed in my acceptance to the diagnosis an repair needs of the Fit. I had dealt with you folks before and was very confident I would get an honest assessment and very high quality service job. Max identified 13 significant service needs. The bootom line was costly for a retiree but I never hesitated or worried about road problems. I took off to flag and the next day to Gallup moving like my porch-like fit. You have combined all the elements of a great company- honesty, speed and a fair price.

Dominick, Steve and Jevon were amazing! I picked up my new XC40 and discovered that a feature I thought I was getting was not in the car. I called up Dominick and he immediately promised me he would take care of this. Within an hour he called me back and had another car located that not only had everything I wanted in it but more. I went back to the dealership the next day and had another new car ready for me that was even better than the first. Dominick is the consummate professional! A sales person couldn't care more about your happiness! I never like paper work but Steve made the whole process painless (twice). Jevon knows the technical side of the car like the back of his hand and was able to explain (twice) everything in a way that was easy to absorb. Absolutely, the ONLY place to go for your new car!

My husband and I were looking for an SUV. We literally looked at every car type and every dealership from NYC to NJ. The team at Bridgewater Volvo, specifically Dominick DiFalco, gave us an experience that felt very authentic, and genuine. Being a female I hate feeling like I am not being taken seriously and I hate feeling pressure. Dominick made my experience truly fun and was very informative but not pushy. He seemed to truly care that I would walk away with a good experience as well as a car that fit my needs. He told me everything I needed to know. He didn't play games during the negotiating process and he was an absolute gentleman. He even brought me flowers when I cam to pick yup the car. The day we went in to look at the car we were not expecting to walk out with one. We did solely based on how right it felt to deal with Dominick as well as being in an AMAZING car!!! (XC90 - killer car!!) Everyone in this dealership went out of their way to make us feel "part of their family." We will be back to this dealership for all future purchases.

We were looking for a used XC90, and we were very pleasantly surprised to find a team at Bridgewater Volvo that was extremely friendly, competent and helpful! Not only did we find our desired car, but Dominick Difalco was very knowledgeable, listened attentively to all our wishes and comments, answered all our questions and took the initiative on several important details we never expected. Together with his colleague Steve Dolly, they form a class act, managed to get us out of the lease on our previous car, arranged new financing and they did all the paperwork right then - which allowed us to leave the same evening with our dream car! They stayed late, well after hours, and both went "beyond the call of duty". Having recoiled from arrogance and aloofness at other Volvo dealers in NY state, we found Dominick and Steve practicing old-fashioned, but all too rare, "service to the client" of the highest caliber. We had our two kids (6 and 8 years old) with us, and the entire experience was stress-free and no pressure. What a class act - they both deserve recognition at Bridgewater Volvo! We will recommend Dominick and Steve to all our friends, and VOLVO USA would be well served to promote these two gentlemen as role models throughout ther dealer network.

The best car buying experience in my life! Ben Evans assisted me with my initial online research on my 2017 S60 Inscription and was instrumental in arranging my initial visit. Ben and Dominick DiFalco both stayed late at Bridgewater Volvo so that I could look at and purchase my car. This went above and beyond. When I returned two days later to finalize the deal Dominick and Steve had all of the paperwork completed, my Volvo phone app set up and I was driving home much sooner than expected. My wife and I decided to drop in to Bridgewater Volvo 's dealership given we were considering replacing my wife's car. As we were looking over the cars on the lot, Dominick DiFalco approached us, introduced himself, and offered his assistance. We returned and began the process of negotiating the purchase. From the first steps to the last - Dominick proved to be a true professional, considerate, knowledgeable, considerate of our time, and most importantly, willing to go the extra mile. We decided that based on the S90 model we wanted that we would need to look into the process of selecting from available inventory. I returned with a list of the available cars in our order of priority and Dominick and general manager Al Cologna took the baton and began the arduous process of negotiating with the dealer involved. It was this commitment to us that had us cross the line and consider replacing my car at the same time. Once again we began our search with Dominick and once again decided that existing inventory for the XC90 was the way to go. Here again Dominick and Al went to bat for us and achieved an A+++ grade in that they were able to negotiate and secure the exact models we wanted - our prime options!!. We picked up the cars on the same day and at that time met with Steven Dolly - business manager, and dotted the "i's" and crossed the "t's". Steven proved to be extremely knowledgeable as we went over the extended services available for us to purchase. His ability to explain everything in detail and to work with us made it easy and resulted in our acquiring those services we felt were value added. Overall we can't say enough about the great experience we had - something that in current times is more elusive than winning Lotto - although we did win when it comes to selecting Dominick, Al, Steven and the entire team at Bridgewater Volvo. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Do not buy R-Design if you have a car seat.

Drove a XC90 R-Design and liked this vehicle a lot. Seemed to have a great amount of rear legroom. Then we tried putting an infant car seat in the back. You have to push the front seat up so far that someone can't sit with their legs straight. Tried with a rear-facing toddler seat and the same issue. I cannot believe a car this big has this issue. So if you're looking for SUVs like this and you have a kid in a car seat, you may want to look elsewhere. We couldn't buy it due to this limitation.

Have not owned the car long but so far am happy with it overall. I’m not thrilled with the console design - awkward compartments and frustrated with the blue tooth - sometimes it connects sometimes not. Car rides nicely and is comfortable and love all of the safety features.

I have always had excellent service at Brown-Daub Volvo, from routine maintenance to new tires. They provide a comfortable waiting area, and keep me informed of how the work is progressing. They suggest future issues to be aware of, like remaining brake life, tire wear, etc. They keep my 2008 XC70 in great shape, and keep me aware of what my 2014 XC60 needs to keep it in great shape.

If you are looking for a real safe, reliable, fuel economic, great autonomy, comfortable and user-friendly car, try one XC90 Volvo. I've been driving cars for more than sixty years in my life and only a few years ago I bought a C70 Volvo (hard top convertible) as a second car and felt in love with it. Then I decided to try one XC60 as our primary car. Then exchanged for another XC60, when we decided to stay with volvo cars. By the end of last year, we switched to one XC90 to test and are very happy with it.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Style and class most important safety

This SUV is incredible. More safety options than imaginable and having the Volvo button much like Onstar is an amazing feature. The kids love the wifi and the panoramic roof. One feature I wish it had was a charging station for my phone. The leather while soft and plush is super sensitive to jeans and leaves mark's on them. I also wish we could have rain guards, volvo doesn't make them but we had aftermarket ones installed. I didn't feel comfortable with the way the window was closing so we removed them. One last recommendation is to order Weather Tech floor mats. While Volvo offers a heavy duty they cannot compete with WeatherTech. I love my Volvo lease.
