I don't review a lot, but I have to mention the service I received from Jeff Ludwig. When I bought my 2013 Audi S4 APR Stage II, back in 2015, Jeff helped me and even sent me videos of the car since I was buying from Illinois. He also held the car with a modest downpayment for me.
Unfortunately my mechanic stole some of the upgrades off of my car when it was in for my last service. Since Manheim did the upgrade I had no paperwork. I searched my email, called Manheim, Jeff still worked there, and had me all the paperwork I needed to support my claim in 2 hours. If that isn't after sales support I don't know what is. Being able to count on a guy several states away, years after the fact, is the type of person I would want to work with if I were you.
To management: Please give Jeff a raise.
I am used to Bobby Rahal's 5 star response and service. I got a wake up call today. While waiting to have my recently purchased Certified used Subaru Legacy serviced because it would not start, (after 32 days of ownership) I thought of how convenient their loaner service is, and how they sent a repairman to my house to replace a battery still under warranty. Faulkner also mixed up our SS #'s on the credit app. which I was reminded about again when we both got letters noting that our credit score has been affected by this error. As far as the repair, the battery terminal was corroded, and apparently a software update from rev A to rev D was required. I had a lot of faith in Subaru when we purchased this car last month, now I am worried every time I reach for the start button.
While living in Reading I used this shop for all my repairs on my Volvo S70 and had nothing but great results. We moved to Harrisburg and when it came time for my wife to buy a new (used) car we found exactly what we were looking for at European Motors. We bought a 2012 XC90 and Nate made the buying experience extremely easy. The car had been performing great for the last couple months since we bought it so that when it came time to replace my aging S70 a couple months later we once again returned here to find yup, exactly the car we were looking for, a 2011 S60 T6 in perfect condition. Quickest car sale ever. I did find a couple issues once I got it home but a quick call to Nate and all was made right. I have no hesitation in recommending this shop for both quality used Volvo's and reliable service. It's worth the trip.
My shopping experience was outstanding. Everyone is extremely friendly and Neal is an outstanding sales person. Dealership is very clean and everyone is willing to go out of their way to give you an experience to remember.
We were in the market for a 2017 V60 CC Platinum and found an interesting on at Lehman Volvo in York. I mailed them and got an answer very quickly about a deal with the car and our trade-in, of course subject of them seeing it and me seeing the CC. The numbers looked good, so I drove up, tested the CC, liked it and after some renegotiating bought it.
This is our Volvo #10 and this was the best experience I had at a dealer, anywhere. Everyone I dealt with - Jim Wilson, Jim Slatt, Bob from sales, Jason from service and Darryl from parts was very knowledgable, friendly, courteous and professional.
I ordered a few accessories and wanted one adjustment done on the car - everything was put on/done when I picked it up. And not to forget - I got some chocolate saying "Thank You LehmanVolvo", which I was told was made locally.
So I can highly recommend LehmanVolvo and will be up there if I need service or anything else done on the car, despite the almost 100 mile drive.

The young ladies at the service desk are exceptional. You're always greeted with a smile and they are always working to accommodate our schedule when we call in for service or scheduled maintenance. The dealership is the best at customer service, far better than other car dealerships that we've dealt with from other car manufactures.
The service manager who is customer friendly does a really good job of getting the car in on a timely manner, keeps us updated on its progress, and it runs better and looks better when its ready. And we have recommended them to friends.
The sales associate was able to confirm over the phone that they had the vehicle I was looking for and was ready to help with my purchase first thing the following morning. All of the staff were friendly and made the purchasing process very easy. Very happy with my experience.
Our sales representative, Don Wardwell,made our test drive and purchase of the vehicle very enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained all the features. Don also focused on the safety elements of the vehicle. He was very professional and courteous. At delivery the vehicle was well prepared and Don again patiently helped set up the vehicle for us and once again go through the vehicles features.
This was our third vehicle purchased from Bob Baker in the last twelve years. Bob provides clear, honest and comprehensive explanations that make the transaction comfortable and enjoyable. He is extremely well organized, thorough and always quickly responds to emails or calls.
