I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I finally got to actually buy a car from these guys. Had been looking but wasn???t ready and still have excellent service. I went there today not looking for specific car but I New these guy would have or find me something that fit my needs. No pressure family feel is why I returned. Everything up front no games and help me with a loan with not so great credit after so problems. I would come back and absolutely recommend. Also thanks for champagne guys!! After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I have always had excellent service at Brown-Daub Volvo, from routine maintenance to new tires. They provide a comfortable waiting area, and keep me informed of how the work is progressing. They suggest future issues to be aware of, like remaining brake life, tire wear, etc. They keep my 2008 XC70 in great shape, and keep me aware of what my 2014 XC60 needs to keep it in great shape.
Although the vehicle sold before I could get there (didn't put down a deposit), this dealership accommodated everything that I needed. Price that I wanted was agreed upon via email, which some dealers won't do. No complaints.
