Last week we stopped by the dealership to look for a used car for my husband to commute to his new job.... so glad we decided on this dealership not only did they welcome us like family but Carmen was so sweet and honest and never made us feel pressured at any time!!! Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.

Worth every penny! Purchased it a few months ago, and I absolutely love it, great gas mileage and very quick for its size, very underrated!!!

We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

Amber was amazing!!! She was honest and it felt like I?ve known her for years. Lawrence was also amazing! These two couldn?t have been better and figured out a way to get us in the car of our dreams. We will be buying cars from here for years to come!

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

I’ve always had Volvo sedans as my daily driver. Safe, reliable, and served me well. Two made it to 200,000 miles. We decided to get an SUV for road trips and this is an amazing vehicle. This is the most luxurious and most high tech Volvo I’ve owned. The safety features are amazing. The ride is so comfortable. It has more power as well. Gas mileage could be better - but it is an SUV. Totally satisfied so far. This may be the last car I own now that I’m retired and won’t be driving 20,000 miles a year.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

I purchased a used XC60 online. I worked with Bob Reuter and he made it easy for me to purchase my car long distance. I received excellent service and it was well worth my time to drive to Nashville for my car. I will purchase my next Volvo from them.

We've had several great experiences at Volvo Nashville and plan to be long-time customers. The staff here are very helpful in the Services and Sales departments. We recently leased an SUV and Bob (our sales rep) was fantastic! He was highly knowledgeable about the inventory they had and about the features different trim levels offer. He truly has a customer-first attitude and we loved working with him. I've been taking my used Volvo sedan in for service for 2 years at this location and have had great experiences as well. I love the convenient location and the ease of getting in/out of the lot. The staff is helpful and trustworthy. Overall, 5 stars!

It was time to replace our 10 year old Volvo xc70 wagon. It had served us well and we buy a new one every 10 years. Found the perfect 2020 V60 Cross Country. Bob was our salesman and we told him exactly what we were willing to pay and thats what we paid for it. We visited the dealership for the first time, and according to my wife, I was not dressed seriously enough to afford a Volvo. However, as a walk-end client, I was greeted well, and time was spent with us, and we road tested a car the same day. I told the salesman (Eric) that we were looking at another car, but we would get back with him. My wife is happy with her 2020 Volvo XC90!! Our salesman was Eric. We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

Wonderful trading experience ! I drove 4 hours to trade for a 2019 F150 Lariat and it was worth every minute. Shaun and his boss finalized a deal on the truck in 15 minutes with no hassle or pressure. They had the truck setting at the front door cleaned and sparkling like a brand new one when I arrived . This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Someone jumped on the roof of my very low mileage 2010 Camry LE and left a dent that my insurance company said was going to cost $4,500 to fix! Well, that wasn't going to happen. I needed a new car and I needed one quickly. I called Hibbard about a car I saw online and was talking to their Used Car Manager Gary Nichols when he mentioned just taking in a 2011 Venza that day that he thought would be perfect for me as a vehicle, and financially. I drove to the dealership Friday morning, checked out the car, negotiated a few details (Like keeping my new payments within $15 of my old payments, which they did!), and by mid-afternoon the Hibbard shop was putting the Venza through a front to back checkup which resulted in it getting new brakes, a new set of tires, oil change and filters. Instead of the hour or more I'm used to, it only took about 20 minutes to complete the paperwork and by the time most people were getting ready to head home from work that day, I was thanking everyone and driving away in my "new" SUV. I highly recommend Ron Hibbard Toyota, Chris Close, the sales rep who handled my sale, Used Car Manager Gary Nichols, and the guys in the Hibbard shop and detailing department who went above and beyond to make me a very happy guy.
